Excellent coffee (Americano) and hot teas (Earl Grey), along with a variety of baked goods and gluten-free options. The service is quick and friendly.

Cashier a little rude, didn't know too much about the menu. But then other employee came and was very nice and explained what we needed. Food and drinks were pretty good.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed, and the staff eagerly encouraged me to try something new. I highly recommend the creamsicle latte with lavender—it's absolutely delightful! A big thank you to the Kubal team for making my day special! View menu

My second favorite coffee shop in Syracuse, and my favorite in downtown. They're an art cafe, and they have great taste in art. They also make a mean mocha! The location on the busiest and most architecturally inspired block of Salina Street is phenomenal, and their atmosphere plays it up. Recommend this spot any time you are strolling around downtown!

Absolute jewel of a cafe, baristas were very polite and service was fast. I took the recommendation of an egg and cale breakfast sandwich on a Jalapeño Bagel and a nitro coffee. Sandwich was extremely tasteful and not dry at all. Service Animal was welcomed and rated the Pats an impressive 15/10, although she was never very good at Mathe. Come west again.

The food here was absolutely delicious, the freshly roasted coffee is easily some of the best in the area, and the service is some of the best you'll find in Syracuse. This team knows how to brew a cup, whether making an espresso based beverage, or making a pour over cup, everything comes out great! And their loyalty system (buy 5 bags of coffee, get 1 free! is a fantastic system to reward loyal customers. Today, I had the pleasure of trying The Upstate Grinder, which includes turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, apples, and maple mayo on ciabatta bread. Oh my goodness, it was AMAZING! The cheese was perfectly melted, and all the flavors blended beautifully. I paired it with a 4oz Eastwood, a delightful combination of espresso and steamed milk with unsweetened cocoa. It was fantastic! The service here is also top-notch. The staff—two men and two women—are attentive and efficient, whether handling just a few orders or a long line of customers. They maintain lively conversations while expertly managing their tasks. I absolutely love this place and will definitely return again and again!

café kubal is an amazing device! this location has a very hip and modern style. the open floor plan and large windows allows a quantity of natural light in. a window seat while eating or drinking is not hard to get what I prefer. there are larger tables for group seats and more comfortable couches if they also like this comfort level. today I had the pleasure to eat the upstate grinder from : truthahn, speck, Cheddar cheese, apple, maple mayo on ciabatta brot, and oh my was it awesome! the cheese was perfectly melted and all the aromes combined so well.
