"As someone who lived in China for 5 years and speaks the language a bit, I can be quite hard on Chinese restaurants in the US. Sei Bar delivers some of the best Chinese food I've ever had outside of China, and their Hunan style is so authentic and loaded with flavor. (Hunan Province is one of the places I lived). The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I recommend the Chairman Mao Pork Belly, Cumin Lamb, and any of the stir fried greens like cabbage and AA Choy. If you want a small, quaint atmosphere and super authentic Chinese food, this is the place."

I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner. The price per person fell between $50 and $100. The food was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, earning a 5 as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent, with a score of 5. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at this establishment.

I visited this restaurant in 2005 or so, and it was great. Recently, in November of 2023 I went there and I was shocked. Dirty tables and floors, horrible plates (one dish was served in a huge metal bowl like the one we use to prep ingredients), unfriendly staff, mediocre food, and very expensive for the small portions they offer. To say that I was disappointed is to say nothing. Even the sign and the windows and doors look dirty and creepy. I wonder what happened to it. Better close or change owners and staff. Horrible and unbelievable
