"I have been a customer of Chick-fil-A for 45 years and have never encountered any problems at their stores until today. I had an issue with my fries and had to return to the drive-thru to get it resolved. The young man working there tried to help by going inside to talk to someone about replacing the fries. He came back and informed me that Matt refused to replace them, so I had to go inside even though I was in a hurry. After speaking with the manager, my fries were eventually replaced without any issues. When I requested to speak to Matt, he came over and immediately accused the young man outside, whom I knew. Despite my attempts to remind him of the importance of customer relations, he was rude and dismissive. I will be contacting the owner to address this matter as customer fairness should be their priority. I hope they have a better day."

I used to enjoy Chick-fil-A, but recently I have noticed that prices have increased while the portion sizes have decreased. For the third time in a row, my fries have only been filled to about 3/4 capacity. It's disappointing to see prices going up while the amount of food being served is going down.

this location had great services, hot eating (fries) and very clean inside. we traveled back from a fishing trip in alabama and needed after a long day on the water food. many parking spaces for the boat and they even made a fresh coffee for us. great job and we will stop again when we are back through the opposite. Thank you.

What a great group of people, went to Ihop told by people already there they had been waiting over 45 minutes for food and they meet there every Saturday. We went over to Waffle House and no seats were available went to chic fila with a part of 10 they nailed it. Had our food in less than 5 minutes and with smiles the whole time. ? View menu

If I could give 0 stars I would. Son goes out there twice.. first time they added blue berries and cheese to a market salad? that I asked that they not add. Second time he comes home with the salad and there is no chicken on it? 2 locations in Lagrangeand neither one can ever seem to get it right. Top notch customer service is out the window. Do better!!

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 stars, but I can't! I always enjoy my experience every time I visit Chick-fil-a. I am always greeted with a smile, the service is very fast, and the food is always fresh. I particularly appreciate that my order is always correct, as many other restaurants often make mistakes. The longest I've ever had to wait in the drive-thru was about 6 minutes, which is not long at all! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you happen to be nearby, make sure to stop by - you won't be disappointed!
