"We ate there for dinner our last night, and while there was a wait for our table it was close enough that we could run back to the room to wait. And it was worth the wait. I got the prime rib special (which wasn’t sold out even though it was later in the evening) and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the yellow fin tuna special and very much enjoyed his as well. The service was great, and the atmosphered was nice and cozy (I think it’s called Dinky’s because the kitchen and dining room are dinky, but that’s just my theory) with a nautical theme, and they have a great view of the sound. It was an excellent meal and experience, and we will definitely be going back on our next vacation!"

"Wonderful restaurant for a lite or hearty breakfast. Biscuits and sausage gravy is awesome, and great coffee. Staff is friendly and efficient, and food came out piping hot. Prices are reasonable for quantity of food. I went back another day, and had a Windy Anchor , which consists of grits, sausage patty, 2 over-easy eggs covered with melted cheese. This breakfast, too, was delicious, hot, and reasonably-priced. My companion had the crab-cake omelet, and thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast. Thank you, staff of Sonny 's for wonderful breakfasts. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and handicapped parking spaces."
