"I've never set foot in here but heard good things from other friends. The opportunity came after last night's Reno Ice Raiders victorious win over the Fond Du Lac Bears. I didn't know they had happy hour from 10p-midnight so I thought I'd take advantage of things. The choices were wings and fries, strips and fries, a quesadilla, tacos, or something else I can't place. I chose two chicken tacos and chips and salsa.Tacos, like pizza, can be prepared in several ways. The tacos made here were flavorful and filling. The chips reminded me of a company from the Bay Area called Casa Sanchez'. This is designed to be complimentary. I'm not sure if FT makes their chips in-house but if they do, bravo! They could have used a little more salt, at the same time I could have added it from the shaker on the table. The salsa left a lot to be desired. I was going to make this a 4-star review but seeing the salsa was the only glitch in the matrix, I didn't think that was a fair judgment.Overall, the atmosphere was electric, people were having a great time, and the food was most certainly enough of an invitation to go back soon. OH, and before I forget, props to the server whose order tablet had the endurance to make it through the Reno Ice Raiders food, drink orders. She was the true MVP.Thanks, Tide! See you guys again."

My favorite flowing tide to grab lunch. Everyone is super friendly just like any flowing tide I go to but for some reason the food at this one stands out every time. View menu

eating is in order happy hour when they order two beers that they bring them both immediately to them, but when they sit on the rail, they beat them in and give them when 1 at a time

The service at this restaurant was excellent! The waitress was very attentive to our needs and really deserves a 10/10 review. However, I was disappointed with the food. The mushroom burger I ordered was tasteless, but the fries were delicious. View menu

This neighborhood pub is fun and casual, offering a great variety of beers on tap and a menu larger than most pubs. The food is delicious and satisfying. There are slots at the bar, pool tables, and plenty of TV screens so you can catch every play.

on a Saturday morning past the opening. I don't think someone came in to get us a server. ashley was friendly, pleasant and cheerful. order breakfast. omelette with some substitutions and the tidal breakfast. two eggs over medium, bacon-limp, rye toast (dry what I prefer) and o’brien kartoffeln. it was excellent. the service was amazing and I enjoyed my meal completely. they also have two happy hours. 2-6p and 10p-12a. 50% of the beer as $7 apps. I will come back for it.

"Last night I experienced the most unscrupulous experience I have ever had with a restaurant with the service at the Wok. I am so offended by their actions; I can say we are honestly done with visiting the restaurant in the future. I’ll start with we have been getting dinner on our way out of town every month or so from the Wok for years. Their food is generally very good, but we have had a few times where the food missed the mark. Everyone has an off day so we keep going back, until last night. Their online ordering did not work, so my wife called in an order while I was driving through Reno and I stopped by to pick it up. There was a little confusion when I arrived as they ahad three to go orders on the counter. It seemed they worked everything out and I paid for the order and left to head home. Twelve minutes later I get a call. It’s the Wok and they tell me they had given me the wrong order and asked if I could return. The employee apologized profusely and since we wanted what we ordered, I went back. I arrived at the restaurant and took the order they had provided back in and they checked the bags. The cashier told me she charged me the wrong amount as she had rung up the wrong order. I asked what the difference was (first bill was $63.00 for four entrees and some potstickers) and was told the new total was $94.00. The last order we had was for the same items and was just under $70, so $94 was a shock. The cashier told me she had told my wife the wrong amount and apologized. She also offered a $10 discount. I paid the bill and said I would wait for our food. Much to my shock, I watched them empty the items they had given me, place it on the counter and everything was what we ordered. One entrée had spilled when they took it out and they quickly put it in another bag and then with a big smile handed me the items I already had. I said, “so my order was correct but the amount you charged was wrong?” I asked why did you lied to me to get me to come back. I was told that I would not have paid if they did not lie about why I needed to come back. I was incredulous and decided the best thing to do was to just leave. So, 35 minutes after I left the first time, I was on my way again. Once I got home, II asked my wife what the total was that they provided when she called in the order. She said they specifically told her they did not have a total and I would provide that to me when I picked up the food. Yet another lie. I tallied up my items and came up with a total of $68.75, certainly less than what I originally paid, but clearly not the $94.00 they tried to charge. So tonight, I called and ordered the same items and was told the order would be $76.57, yet a different amount. I promptly told them no thank you. Most restaurants would honor their mistake. With that said, if they called and told me I paid the wrong amount, I would have made it right. But instead, they lied to me, clearly tried to overcharge me and then gave me a discount that was still more than the price for the same food 24 hours later. Their actions were inappropriate, uncalled for and unscrupulous. Over the last year, we visited this restaurant 10 times, but last night was the last time they get any business from us."
