"I’m a long haul truck driver and always looking for good Bbq. I saw a billboard for big pig as I was going down I-80 so I looked it up went over the menu and gave them a call. There was the loveliest voice on the other end, she was very courteous and dealt with all my questions in stride she didn’t even get bothered by having to repeat herself more than once. I ended up ordering a full rack of ribs and a tri tip sandwich which. When I showed up to pick up my food I saw the beautiful angel that was attached to that voice. Jordan is very sweet and professional and the food came out to be perfect. The food is amazing there, I will be stopping there again, even if I’m just passing down the freeway I’ll make it a point to stop. The food and service are that good. I had a negative dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken and found it to be dry and tasteless. It appeared to have been cooked the day before and simply reheated.

The best Bbq I had... I was tired and a little stressed from driving for 2 days and this place was an amazing break! The food is absolutely stupid! If in Winnemucca eat at Pig Bbq! It's not a brain!

Damn good grill! I have to admit that I may have a dependency on spare ribs. I ate them in many places over the big northwest and must say that this place is up there! Perfectly seasoned smoked to a beautiful bite from the bone! Try them with the spicy sauce and you are for a treat! Save space for dessert because you don't want to miss the hot apple chef with vanilla ice cream! YUM! View menu

food here is good and cheap, but I think my family and I won't ever stop here again. We come thru here a few times a year on our way to see family. The last few times we have stayed in Winnemucca we have got to The Pig with more than an hour before they close (according google) and they are already closed. Yeah sure their door has no closing time posted but truthfully, that's bullshit and you've lost customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have been driving past this place for a couple of years and finally got a chance to stop by (the do a lot of billboards along hwy 95 and I80. Price to quality was what I expected. The pulled pork was good, not tough or dry, they give you three types of sauces they put on (enough for flavor not doused), then you put on the final amount. I had the beans as my side, where they good? They were decent, a bit on the runny side for my preference (trying to cut out grease so fried stuff is off the table), not quite what i expected, but i would have them again. Will I go back? Absolutely, I love bbq, and finding bbq where I can park a semi within reasonable walking distance is a plus. Parking: Free...
