"Good food, great service, a bit stingy with the food for the high price.We went for a late supper while on vacation. Given we were in Alaska, and the specialty of the place is fresh fish, I got the rockfish and chips. My wife got the 16 oz ribeye and my daughters got a cheeseburger and an Oriental dish that I can't remember the name of.The fries were some of the best I've had light and crispy. The fish was crisp and good. The cheeseburger was very good (my daughter shared a bite). My other daughter thought her dish was excellent and was a very ample portion. The steak was very good.The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice, if a little crowded. The view was likely wonderful, being right on the spit, but there was thick fog so we didn't get to enjoy that.So, why only 4 stars? Maybe I'm being overly picky, but it is the combination of the high cost and some of the skimpy portions.I get that prices are up everywhere, staffing is expensive and Homer would have factors that make food more expensive. But given the high price of the meals (20 for a burger and fries and 26 for fish n chips), the portion of fries that we got was very small. And the portion of fish wasn't exactly huge either.And with a $45 steak, would it hurt to give more than a meager portion of potatoes and veggies (I think I could have counted the pieces of potatoes on one hand). So, given the high price and small portions of relatively inexpensive sides, I'm dropping a star to four."

The food is fantastic, and the daily specials are a real treat. The service is incredibly friendly. We ended up returning for four nights in a row! This is definitely the best place in Homer Spit!

Friendly server, outstanding meal, delectable desserts, amazing view. The portions were very generous. We took home enough seafood fettuccine from one order, that will make another entire meal. Our new favorite place!

Restaurant was clean the Waitress Daria was excellent. We had the Rock Fish and it was great. There was a slight issue but she took care of it immediately. We have been to Homer several times and this is one of my favorite restaurants.

The fish here is good. Between the fish and chips and the halibut sandwich, I would almost always go with the sandwich. The blueberry pop from the 49th state brewing Co. Is top notch. A bit pricey, but a nice place to have lunch. The view is also gorgeous!! View menu

This restaurant met and completely exceeded our expectations! We came for dinner and will definitely be back. Good drink menu, friendly staff, superb steak (my husband said it’s the best he’s ever had at a restaurant), excellent fish and chips and sublime desserts. It ticks all the boxes!

The food is delicious and the service is very friendly. I absolutely loved the ribeye steak, and they have a fantastic selection of wines and beers. The new owners are really doing an amazing job with the menu changes. My family and I have visited at least three times this summer, and we have no regrets!

Absolutely fantastic food in a cozy and unique seaside experience. Space is somewhat limited so reserve if you can. Halibut, parmesan fries, and fish chowder were all excellent. This restaurant is incredible! Be sure to make a reservation (we booked ours just 45 minutes ahead), as they were quite busy the entire time and we noticed many people waiting. The food was delicious; the appetizers were a bit on the smaller side, but the service was outstanding, and the portions for the entrees were very satisfying for the price (I had the steak and rock fish). I will definitely return!

4.4/5 Wonderful experience. Delicious food. Great service. Welcoming atmosphere. Entrees are large portions with elegant presentation. My only criticism is the appetizers are small portions especially for the prices. For example, the baked oysters are $22 and the six you receive are very small. Also, the clam chowder is in a small bowl for $7. We will definitely return to enjoy this restaurant and recommend them to you.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get to the row of buildings where the restaurant is.
