"A true gem! George and Diane chose to move their restaurant business from cold Boston, Mass to Martin, TN. Lucky for us! George obviously loves what he is doing! He makes the food sing! Some of the best collard greens I’ve ever tasted! My ribeye was cooked perfectly, and it was a generous portion w very little fat. So doggone good! Normally I order a fish dish when I go out. A friend gave me a sample of her haddock and it was excellent!! Next time I will probably order that. Restaurant is super clean and neat. Service is very personable. These are people who clearly want your business and show their gratitude in such sweet ways, plus make you feel very much at home. I hope more people will patronize them so we can keep them here! There is promise of Lebanese dishes on the menu down the road since George us Lebanese. Already there is fresh hummus on the menu that is made fr scratch that is benchmark quality. I love the fresh, cold cucumber slices they serve w it! Save room for dessert if you possibly can! They are all made fr scratch as well. I highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake."

We had the ribs dinner and it was delicious but the individual home made caramel cheese cake is the best I have ever eaten and I was told the raspberry is even better and may check that out next time:

We ate here for the first time tonight and now I’m wondering why we waited so long! My husband and I both had the surf and turf. The beef tips were very tender and had a great flavor. The shrimp was just as good as any that we have had on the gulf coast. Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I stopped here for lunch on this beautiful Saturday. I had the roast beef sandwich with the au jus. My husband had the Spicy Burger and my son enjoyed the Italian Stallion sub. Everything was made fresh to order and was delicious. The staff was courteous and kind. This is a wonderful addition to our Martin community.n

Went to Fresh Start on a whine for lunch, and don't regret it! The menu is full of options there is something for everyone. They said if there is something we want is not on the menu as long as they have the ingredients, they can and will do it. The food was delicious and came out in time. My colleague and I enjoyed what we ate. The service was fantastic and helpful. The staff was so incredibly nice and we decided to put Fresh Start on our regular lunch. We also found out that they were catering. I can't say anything negative about my experience. It was refreshing to go to a new restaurant and there is no growing pain.
