"DW/CG visited Grillsmith for the first time. We had a dinner reservation and were seated right away upon arrival. It was a busy Friday evening but we had no trouble. The server was friendly and attentive even though he was new. We ordered a salmon entree and a BBQ ribs entree. We had a bruschetta appetizer to start with. The brushetta was brought out right away. It had four small pieces. It was super delicious and fresh. We were just sad that the portion was so small. Twice as much would have been appropriate (listen up folks! . DW had the salmon entree. This had to be the VERY best grilled salmon I've ever had and I've had plenty. There was a carmelized, crispy glaze on the outside and the inside was tender and fully cooked. CG said the BBQ ribs were amazing, they fell right off the bone. We paid just about the same price maybe a bit more for this meal as we paid for another seafood dinner at a nearby restaurant the week before. This Grillsmith dinner was by far superior quality and taste. We figured this actually made it a good value for our money. Eagerly looking forward to our next visit."

The filet was “cut with a fork” tender with a tasty port wine reduction. Reasonably priced. The cajun shrimp and chicken pasta was excellent.

Hello.. We received very bad service, after booking and waiting for more than 15 minutes no one attended to us, I am sorry for the bad night to the point that we had to retire to another place. I definitely don't recommend this place at all.

This restaurant really knows how to cook a steak, and true to its name, they excel at grilling. I enjoyed the best steak I've ever had, and the potatoes and spinach were equally amazing. I'll definitely be returning and plan to bring my friends and family along!

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my girlfriends, and I always love the Chimichurri Steak when I visit. My kids also enjoyed their steak and the Thai chicken flatbread. We dined here for the first time in several years today and now we are wondering why we haven’t been back sooner. The overall dining experience and food were outstanding. The filet was definitely a stand out item though. It was tied for the best filet I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten many. The flavor was amazing and was literally fork tender. Needless to say, we will be going back soon.

From the time we got there to the time we left, everything was great. Michael explained the entire menu to us because it was our very first time. Michael was amazing, great spirit also funny. The food is top tier I’m very picky lol. They were out of mashed potatoes due to it was almost closing time glad they were because the Au Gratin potatoes were so good! When I come back to Lakeland I will be back. Oh you have the try the key lime pie Voodoo shrimp!! I didn’t get a pic but it was delicious
