"So, I stopped here for a toasted bagel and cream cheese, having never been here before I figured no way that can't go smoothly. I got my bagel and realized I only got a little packet of cream cheese. I politely ask the associate if I could have another cream cheese; he said sure. Then he proceeds to say that will be $1 more. At this point I was thinking is he serious (he was) so, I had no choice but to pay an extra $1. Forget the money it is the principal. This place is a joke. There are many other places to go that offer far more. I will never go back what a bad and awful business practice."

Fresh roasted coffee beans!!!! If you grind your own espresso beans, there is No better place to get them. Dozens of other varieties. Awesome staff. Incredible atmosphere.
