"Beware! This restaurant is overvalued and preys on visitors to Park City. The steaks were institutional and very poor quality. The service was apathetic and lacked attention. For those visiting from out of town and are looking for a steakhouse comparable to Capitol Grille, Ruth Chris, Chops In Charleston, NY Prime in Atlanta or Boca Raton, this is NOT a comparison. Server did not clear table between appetizers and Salads and entrees, They had us hold our plates while they placed our entrees in front of us but low and behold they delivered the wrong entrees to each guest. For the price, this is inconceivable! Party of 8 spent $500+ and could have had better service and better quality food at Outback. Oh and don’t get misled by the “45 item Salad Bar”. It is a salad bar that was unattended and had old lettuce that we had to pick through to find fresh lettuce and it was located in the front of the establishment where people are waiting for tables and in the way of your “SELF-SERVICE” preparation of your own salad. Server never checked on us, Management never came by to check on us. Meals were horrible and tasteless. Funny follow-up... Manager called us 3 days later after we posted a review on Google and said “sorry, next time your in Park City, give us another try.” Really?.? We vacation from Florida and next time we vacation to Park City they want us to try them again? Totally clueless management on how to address incompetence. Lastly, we asked for nothing... and this review is a real life review for those who have an expectation comparable to the aforementioned establishments. Do not get fooled by other reviews like we did. You will be disappointed."
