"This burger was surprisingly one of the best I’ve ever had. It must have been the secret sauce, because three out of the eight people at our table ordered the burger, and we all agreed it was incredibly delicious. On the other hand, the wings were disappointingly average and shockingly bland. One member of our group described them as tasting 'wet,' which was a perfect description. But the burger—wow! Even my picky child, who usually picks at her food, devoured it like it was her last meal. The drinks were tasty, the service was fun and friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Overall, we had a really great experience."

Try the pear salad, salmon dip, and fries with cheese dip. Their drinks are also tasty and reasonably priced. If you like whiskey try a Godfather. Great atmosphere and the bartenders are a lot of fun – ask for Nick or Estaban.

Came here randomly to meet some friends. Service was fast and friendly. Ate a blue cheese burger and drank a ginger lemonade. I wasn’t expecting the burger to be so good! Like, really good! I also enjoyed that they had nonalcoholic drink options besides coke sprite etc.

The food was absolutely fantastic! It not only looked beautiful but tasted amazing as well, and everything was served in a timely manner. This place has become quite popular, and after experiencing the food, it's easy to see why. The staff is friendly and accommodating too! I have no complaints at all! View menu

Great little corner restaurant! Great food and service! We tried matzo ball soup, half sour appetizer, buffalo wings, and a great house salad made with spinach. Lots of vegan options as well as plenty for those of us who are carnivorous! Fresh tasting ingredients, and a water glass that had no bottom! Definitely recommend!

What an amazing venue for a wedding! I had the pleasure of performing here in September, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a unique space for an event. Liz and her team truly go above and beyond to care for clients, vendors, and guests alike. Plus, the food is fantastic, and the location has everything you need for a wonderful night or weekend. I highly recommend it!

The service was exceptional. Be sure to ask for Grace, as she was fantastic. The drinks are crafted with care; they're fresh and invigorating. The appetizers are delightful—crispy and delicate cheese curds and toast points packed with flavor, perfectly balancing sweet and savory. For entrees, there are classic American options. We opted for the salmon and a chicken sandwich (along with kids' meals). Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be returning!

We had lunch here for the first time as a family, and I must say it’s a great kid-friendly spot, especially if you sit outside. The outdoor seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you see an available table, make sure to claim it! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even allow dogs to sit outside, complete with a treat jar for them. We ordered the brunch burger and the fried chicken sandwich, and both were delicious. The drink menu is extensive, offering something for everyone. A big thank you to Amanda for the excellent service! We’ll definitely be returning!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
