Harlow's Diner in Rathdrum is an excellent spot for breakfast or lunch, open from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, seven days a week. It was quite busy during my visit, but there are plenty of tables, so turnover is quick, or you can opt to sit at the counter. The food was delicious and served piping hot. The prices are quite reasonable. It has the feel of a local diner, which, in my opinion, makes it a great place to eat.
