"I went to a restaurant to catch up with my girlfriend after not seeing each other for a long time. I ordered a variety appetizer, which was good, but the waitress forgot my chicken fingers and they came out 20 minutes later, although she apologized. While we were engrossed in conversation at our booth, my friend noticed something crawling on the top of the seat - it was a ROACH. We both jumped up to check for any other bugs and went to the restroom to inspect our clothing. We informed the female manager, who told us that an exterminator had been called and would be coming later. Although we were thanked for bringing it to her attention, we were concerned about the other patrons in our area. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant anytime soon."

My friends and I went to Iron Hill Brewery in Ardmore for lunch. As always, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and they did not rush us to leave (we were catching up after not seeing one another in awhile), which we really appreciated.

Although the restaurant was not busy, it took an unexpectedly long time to receive our main courses. The staff acknowledged the issue and graciously provided us with complimentary appetizers. It seemed as though the chef's assistant stopped working once the appetizers were delivered.

We made reservations at 8pm still had to wait to be seated for our table. We waited another 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally the manager came over to be our waited. Recently added to the menu were some new items that have brought back the Pre-Covid selection. One standout dish was the Salmon Cakes, which were absolutely delicious. My dining companion opted for her usual Southwestern Salad with chicken. The waitstaff was seen assisting each other with delivering food and drinks.

What a disappointment! First off was the entree and appetizer arriving at the same time. Wings and a burger with iced tea was $49. Holy mother of all rip offs!!!! The wings were medium sized and yes, $1.90 each. Taste was good but holy rip. I don't mind them making a profit,but seriously.... A bad experience for sure.

This restaurant is perfect for families with kids! We have visited a few times and the staff has been fantastic with my young children. They have a wonderful kids menu that even includes ice cream! The main menu is also excellent. I always order a salad and they are always satisfying and filling. I haven't tried much of their beer selection, but my partner really likes it.

First time visiting this location. Media is great! I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the staff. Had dinner at 6:00pm on a Saturday and DMX was blasting over the dinning room of families with small kids. While I enjoy a Ruff Ryders anthem, this was not the time nor place. Our waitress was sweet but clearly needed further training. Fish and chips were greasy as overcooked. Will not be coming back to this location sadly.
