"So I have a major dilemma Soulfully Vegan has THE BEST vegan burger I have ever tasted (and believe me I've had MANY! , yet I live carless in Providence and they seem to be mostly based in Connecticut. ? I really wish I could frequent them much more, but alas it may not be in the cards!However, I was lucky enough to find Soulfully Vegan when I was at the Big E in Western MA this year. Although I was hesitant to try a vegan burger slathered with peanut butter and jelly, it proved to be the most delicious combination! Perfect mix of sweet and savory that caused literal fireworks to go off in my brain, and I was never going to be the same! ???Hoping to see them again in the future and wishing them all the success! They truly deserve it. ?"

You are in for a lunch of your life! I think about the chili fries every day, and when I see her truck I can't stop smiling!!! So consistent, so flavorful, and so comforting. The woman is so nice and friendly!!

A-MA-ZING!!! First time here.. the ambiance was so groovy and the food…..WOW! Super impressed. We had the burrito bowl, the order of tempura cauliflower and the Buffalo cauliflower wrap with sweet potato fries. Definitely coming back. ?

First time visiting and was mesmerized by the decor and the friendly service. What a magical space, plants, art, and natural wood tables. The menu is broad: delicious appetizers (ie, cauliflower chicken wings and breaded tofu), exquisite southwestern salad, and decadent cookies. What a discovery. It is worth the 30 minute drive. Amazing restaurant for the conscious minded!! We tried a bunch of things (see pics!! and loved it all. My surprise favorite was the Caesar…so creamy, crisp, and delicious!! Get the seasonal tea too!! Lots of clearly marked gluten/soy/nut free options. Staff was cheerful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Great for anything from an intimate date to a large celebration. We will be back!!

The food here is so good, unfortunately did not get any pics. My husband and I got a few different things to share because we could not decide! We got the mac’n cheese, kale salad, and grilled seitan entree (the bacon butter brussel sprouts that it came with were the highlight for both of us). The vibe of the restaurant is cool, the staff friendly, and love that the drinks came with metal straws

I don’t leave 1-2 star reviews for veg businesses unless they literally sicken us. This place did. The food came out in portions that were 3x as big and 2x as expensive as they deserved to be. Everything tasted like the deep fryer. We boxed up our many leftovers and continued on our travels. Just a few hours later, the leftovers smelled like sewage. My husband began throwing up and did not stop all night. We got no sleep. It was a bad scene. The two stars are required by Happy Cow since it’s a veg establishment. Don’t go here. View menu

The atmosphere in ion is a sensory experience in itself, with plants growing everywhere, couches for seating, eclectic art on the walls and the dim lighting with Himalayan salt candles really set a mood.The food is delicious! I highly recommend the loaded nachos and the trumpet mushroom scallops.I've dined at ION at least a dozen times, at all different hours, and the service has always been top notch. The last time we were even there past the closing time and they never made us feel rushed or unwelcome.This is a special place!

Overall, the food is very good. The Buffalo cauliflower appetizer was the best item that we had today with the peanut butter and chocolate dessert being second. The entrees were tasty, but probably needed a little more on the plate in terms of flavor variety. The biggest issue for us today was the wait on the food. It took almost 2 hours for us to complete our meal, which is not reasonable for a Tuesday dinner for 2 people. I would recommend this restaurant for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores… but just know that it may take a while to get your food. Also, most people wore their jackets in the restaurant given how cold it was.
