"I had never been to a Joe's Crab Shack before and while passing through decided to give this one a try. As it's been across the board, Joe's is hiring for pretty much all positions. They are limiting seating to help the servers not get too overwelmed. We were sat pretty quickly. However, it did take a bit to get our food. Our waitress, Angela was busy running and getting all her tables taken care of. I'm sure the cooks are overwelmed as well. Once we received our food..It was hot and delicious. I was very impressed with the way everything tasted. And my husband was impressed that I finished my meal. I would recommend this Joe's. Even short staffed, they worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Afterwards we were able to reward the kiddos with time on the playground that they have on site! It was great!"

Takeout turned out to be very good. I got 2 appetizers and a drink from the bar. The service was very professional and fast. Once I got back to my hotel I found all of the food to be very good.

Located just across from the hotel, I was glad not to have to drive any further after a long day on the road. I began my meal with the clam chowder, which was decent but not particularly impressive—nothing to get excited about. Overall, it was just okay. View menu

Ya know, it's never enough! Birthday dinner not busy at all . Food comes hot and fast, ..But ..check with them first with spice on food. Just wanted plain hot legs, got very spicy crab legs. And they fixed it. And made it right, just steamed no spice. Was very good.. enjoy!

Food was great, well cooked only thing was the fried I felt was a bit greasy but everything else was great, waitress very nice and kept up when they were busy. Manager was nice to open the door for costumers and thank them for dining in and to have a good night. Would recommend this restaurant.

Love this place. I didn't want to spend so much, but it was our first time to have a T-shirt. The food was brilliant except the baked fish it was cooked alittle too long, but it was still eaten. I love the waitress. She did a great job. We had to wait about an hour to get a table, but it was worth waiting. View menu

I had a fantastic experience with the crab feast, and the watermelon sangria was simply amazing! The manager personally visited our table to inquire about our dining experience, and he was very friendly. On top of that, he was quite charming with a great smile—definitely a delightful addition to the evening! LOL!

We were quickly seated, avoiding the crowd, and the manager personally greeted us. He and my dad discovered they were both military veterans who had served in some of the same locations. He kindly offered us a military discount and was very attentive to all our needs. The food was hot and absolutely delicious! I will definitely return the next time I'm in Memphis!
