Such great and friendly service at this establishment. That's what you get from a family run burger place. The olive burger is definitely my favorite. It's just a flavorful and juicy smash burger with a really rich sauce.

Oh my gosh this is my first time trying Kewpee. They have gluten free buns/bread which is what made us choose in the first place. The food was SO GOOD I can't rave about it enough. The burger was great, the fries were 12/10. This will become a regular for us!

I asked a cashier at a local antique mall for recommendations for a great lunch and I'm so glad we took his advice! Great burger and onion rings! Nothing fancy about the atmosphere but that isn't why we went. We went for the food and it didn't disappoint! Can't wait to go back!!Food: 5/5 View menu

I heard great things about this place. I was told they had the best olive burgers so I went out of my way to try them... And I was disappointed. The burger was very dry. It felt like they used a quarter of the olive sauce that they should have. There's an opportunity to do better here and I hope they do.

This place was amazing! First time having an olive burger and boy was it delicious!Ordered the homemade chili and Miami burger with fries. Loved every bite and was impressed with the staff and they were so fun.Told them this place was better than Burger King! LOL they laughed and said the dishes and mop are that way so get to it! too funny.Can 't wait to return to this place as they know how do to burgers right.

I drove an hour to visit this restaurant because I’m a huge fan of Kewpie dolls, and it was definitely worth the trip! The Miami Burger is incredible—it's so delicious that I feel like I might die after eating it, but the calories are absolutely worth it! Even though I’m not a fan of olives, the olive sauce here is amazing! The service is exceptional; everyone was friendly and wonderful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Look mom! There are kids. My youngest was impressed children (I 'm guessing ten yo) were clearing our plates. Everyone was so kind during our visit. There was something familiar about the creamy, salty sauce that oozed out between two buns with a thick hunk of beef. At first, I wasn 't a fan but after a couple of bites, I got used to the brininess of the olives, which was intense at first. My daughter had the club sandwich. She ate it so fast I didn 't get a chance to try it. She said we should stop at Kewpee every time we go to Muskegon. She loved it. History. They are a sister restaurant to Halo Burger in the Flint area and the inspiration for Wendy 's square burgers.

If you weren't looking for this place you will miss it. Found it after circling the block, the exterior doesn't make you think it's a restaurant. Once inside you head to the back to order. Once you order they give you a number and bring you their food. I ordered the King Deluxe? It was the middle sized burger. Trust me it was huge. Bun was perfectly toasted and soft, all the toppings and sauces went well together, this burger even stayed together in one piece to the last bite. The only thing I felt bad about this place was that it's a little pricey. After adding in onion rings and a drink I was at $20. I get it, just feel like that might be out of reach for some folks during a weekday lunch....

So I thought this was a great mom and pop burger joint, which looks like they might have revamped it not too long ago. They have neat trinkets, pictures, and quotes all around the restaurant. The only downside is that it can get pretty crammed on the inside. The seats, however, were very spacious for booths and take that from a big guy. They get slammed pretty hard during lunch, so anything before 11:30 AM and after 1:30 PM if you want to avoid a line. Now on to my food...This place has been around for 100+ years, but I don't believe they've lasted this long because of the food.
