Kfc - Menu

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to be told they were closing and wouldn’t make my food. It was 7pm on a Tuesday….

The restaurant requires new staff as the customer service was extremely poor. The cookie was as hard as a brick and they frequently run out of it.

good eating, friendly staff, driving thru line was a little slow, but I think the people before me should have known to take their great order in themselves.

during this visit, the bank was unclear about the menu and was so flirting with her colleague that she could not focus on my listening. obvious are lids for this personal challenging, and they gave me a bag with gravy spilling over everything, I had to rinse the container when I came home.

I haven't eaten at KFC in years due to the decline in their business, food, service, staff, and reputation. I decided to give it another chance at a different location, but I deeply regret it. This is one of the worst KFCs around. The customer service is nonexistent. I visited last week and it appears that a new Caucasian boy is now working the drive-thru with a pleasant attitude. It seems like the owner or manager got tired of the complaints about the rude and mean staff and decided to hire people with proper training and a welcoming personality to greet customers. I will give it another try next week and see if the improvements continue.

Workers have no customer service skills whatsoever...ordered KFC with fries for side by the time i got to the window they proceeded to tell me they ran out of fries for the day, shouldve told me at the drive thru in a tone that you could tell none of them wanted to be there, lady you arent doing me a favor its the other way around cause i can take my business 10 min down the road I dont know if the owner is reading reviews but this place needs to be sold or you need to look for a whole new set of staff who actually know how customer service works...on a side note you should be charged with murder by suffocation for these dry biscuits y'all are serving to the public

It should be a negative Stars. I was able to walk into the lobby 7 at night. This is what I heard. The coworkers are asking each other why the guy is standing in the lobby. They thought the lobby was closed. One responded it is closed I don't know why that guy is standing there. This location has had the lobby closed for multiple times in the middle of the day.
