"I would not patronize this establishment because of the egregious greed and maleficence shown by the owner. Back in April, a runaway bread cart at this location smashed into my coworker's car while she was waiting at the drive-thru. The owner, Jessica, begged to not go through her insurance, and that she would pay for it right away. Instead she has lied, dragged her feet, changed her story, and not paid for 3 months. Jessica forced her to get multiple estimates and finally agreed to one and is now refusing to pay it. (Incidentally, my friend was early in a high-risk pregnancy and did not need the stress and aggravation of driving from mechanic to mechanic. She now claims that she is going through insurance and my friend will be called at the end of the week, but refuses to give the insurance company name. In desperately trying to finally get her car fixed, my friend texted her today to try to get this resolved and Jessica blocked her like a petulant toddler, rather than an adult. I'm writing this review in hopes she will see this and resolve the situation fairly as she is completely responsible for what happened."

I love McDonald's, however the Parsippany NJ location gave me cold fries and way too much dripping sauce all over my filay-fish. Sorry, I just had to vent this time.

Asked for hot sauce, got mild. Asked for sugar substitute and creamer on the side, both were added to coffee. Asked to not fill coffee to top, was filled to top, spilled in car. Staff inattentive and inconsiderate. Not going back.

Only ordered a cheeseburger and a drink here at the drive-thru so not a whole lot to base my review on. However I will say the food was as expected, and the drink was cold. As well we went through the drive-through very quickly with only two cars in front of us.

Don't waste your time driving thru. You'll go in the end or wait in a place. Every time. If you order a courier service like DoorDash, you will end your order more often than not canceled. Understaffed is an understatement. The food is usually accurate. This is the only decent thing.

Went 7pm 16Jun22, waited 10 mins the staff completely ignored and didn’t come to take order at the counter even after calling out. Some guy with headset kept acting busy and looking at screens for orders along with other female employees. Went to Chipotle across for dinner, much friendly staff. View menu

I literally hate it every time I come here they never have anything that’s on the menu and then when I tell them what I want they always mess up my order whether it’s the walk in or the drive-through this place if I could give them less than one star I’d give them a finger and we’re not talking about the thumb the ring the pinky or any of those that are named this place truly truly is the worst out of the franchise they need to shut it down and flatten it and turn it into something else

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I waited for 10 minutes only to be told they were closing, while a random car ahead of me continued to be served. I arrived in line at 9:43 and was informed at 9:52 that they had mistakenly gone past my car. There were four cars in front of me that hadn't placed their orders and four more behind me. It would have been common courtesy for them to notify customers in line before making them wait, or to have those cars wait for their turn instead.
