"We set up reservations for 12 people 2 3 weeks ahead of time to celebrate my moms 70th Birthday on 12/26 the lobster bisque has always been her favorite so I thought this would be the perfect place! Unfortunately it turns out that 1/2 the staff called in and they were down to a skeleton crew. Our drinks from the bar were VERY delayed, food was cold (especially the potatoes and Oscar lobster topping) and they were completely out of one of the main dishes. When we asked for the manager they sent out another server when in fact the manager was in the back the whole time. The only saving grace is the whole night was our waitress who was WONDERFUL and so apologetic. They apparently have had a lot of turnover in management which is evident as this was by far my worst experience at this restaurant and in my top 5 worst of all time. The saddest part was that my mom was disappointed and apologetic to all of our guests when none of this was her fault. I really hope they get their stuff together if not I don't see how it will last."

I’ve been to many Mitchell’s restaurants, this one was by far the worst. To start it all off, our waiter was complaining how the restaurant was closing, which was a surprise to us and then whenever we would ask for something his response was “I’ll have to see if we even have it”. All of our food was EXTREMELY salty. The bathrooms were dirty. It’s probably a good thing they’re shutting down. View menu

We had a wonderful experience with Mitchell as our waiter. He was excellent, and the food was outstanding! We've dined here before with others and have always enjoyed it. We were surprised and disappointed to learn that this restaurant has closed, especially since we had recommended it to friends who were celebrating their jubilee the following week. We will consider visiting one of the other restaurants in the future.

We had reservations and was first seated at the bar while we waited for our table. The service was great and enjoyed our drinks. Our table was ready about 15 minutes later and was seated. After 30 minutes waiting at our table, we asked a server who our server was and he said that he didn’t know and would check. we were told he was). Another server came to take our order, I think her name was Rachel, and she was great. Once our order was taken, food came quickly. Unfortunately, the lettuce on my salad was brown.
