"the waitress never checked us. I needed spoons to feed my 6 months old son. my eggs got cold bc I waited for the spoon. she tried to swing her down, she looked at us and went on to the other wise. we could have just stood up and gone without paying, that is how attentive she was. we stood up and went to theke to pay and let the hostess know how terrible the experience was and she just said: “So they have any discounts that they would like to use” no excuse or anything. I'd go to mobys for at least 15 years and it was a past since I was. Now I know why I didn't leave. but I understand it, terrible service for terrible eating."

The food at this restaurant was clearly frozen and reheated in the microwave. It's not worth the money, especially the shrimp tacos. I've had much better street food in South Tucson.

My server, Katrina, was attentive and impressive despite the lackluster food. She mentioned she had only been working there for a few weeks, but her service was unmatched. I recommend sitting in her section if you visit the restaurant.

While traveling through Tucson, we decided to stop for dinner. Katrina provided excellent service, being very attentive and helping me make gluten-free choices. She ensured that nothing with gluten ended up on my plate, making our meal a pleasant experience. We were surprised to learn that she had only been working there for a short time. Katrina is definitely someone worth keeping around.

I came up here a lot and the service was really great earlier. not so much. at the last two places I had to wait 40 minutes for our food. on the third and last chance I gave them, we sat after 30 minutes waiting and waited about 15 minutes for someone who notices us and takes our drink order, or let us know that this is waiting at least long. we were totally ignored as if we were invisible. unfortunately we just stood up and left and nobody even noticed. I tried to be patient and give them many chances. unfortunately we will not go there anymore.
