"I strongly advise against patronizing this restaurant!!!! They are extremely unpleasant and disgusting, and their quality is consistently deteriorating. I recently visited this establishment and ordered a meal of chicken livers, only to be served RAW livers!! Thankfully, I noticed they were undercooked while waiting for another dish, as they were ice cold. When I brought this to the attention of the cook, who was apologetic and offered to recook my order, the manager intervened and insinuated that my complaint was unjustified, despite holding a plate of half-cooked livers. He even made excuses for the undercooked livers by suggesting they may look different when cooked at home. I demanded a refund, which was denied. This resulted in an unpleasant and unnecessary argument, witnessed by his young female employees. I left without my order being corrected or receiving a refund. This establishment should consider closing their doors rather than risking their customers' health with poor cooking practices, low-quality food, and terrible customer service. I have contacted the Corporate Office and will notify the City of East Point Health Department. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs."

Long wait in drive through. I was around 3rd in line but it took 37 mins to get to window. Folks behind me were leaving. There was no apology or explanation.

Always fresh so there is a little wait but the drive through moves fast and the food is ALWAYS fresh hot and satisfying! The lines are always long but no one complains at all. That sweet tea is ridiculous!!

This was just a drive through moment but I've started to pick these Winner's places over there competition due to the fluffy, Hand made biscuits and perfectly fried CHICKEN ! NORMALLY THERE WILL BE A SMALL WAIT ON LINE, Sometimes it may be a long wait but it's always good. Check your order before moving on. Mistakes do happen but, catch it quick, they'll fix it fast. Fresh. Healthier than a Burger. Served by pleasant PEOPLE.

I drove all the way from Newnan because I remembered the chicken from my days at Morehouse. The food was good, but the service was lacking professionalism. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes while I saw workers on the phone and serving the drive-thru. When I asked why it was taking so long, I was told we were waiting on breasts and it would be another 13 minutes. I waited and eventually received my order after 10 minutes. I loved the chicken, but the service needs to improve.
