"During our latest visit, the restaurant forgot my son's meal and half of mine, which was especially disappointing since we were celebrating my son's birthday. He had to sit there without food while everyone else was almost finished eating. We're starting to reconsider our choice of breakfast spot. Oddly enough, the restaurant wasn't even busy that day, which makes it seem like the cook may not have been paying attention. If they can't manage to get four items right on a ticket, it feels like there's a lack of effort on their part."
