"Food was ok. We walked in around 6:45pmRegister girl said “for here or to go” we said for here please. She then proceeded to say “ok we’ll just so you know, we close at 7:30 ok” this was our Second time back due to my daughter liking their French fries and shrimp. Spent about 60$ for 2 adults and 1 child tip. My 7 year old put some soda in her tiny water cup owner came over with our food announced so loudly “here’s your food and would you like me to charge you guys there for a fountain drink” RUDE. totally unnecessary. We told our daughter after she finished that drink that she can refill with water. She understood. For them to make an announcement over one small cup- and to a child. So I ended up paying $3 something for a drink, the girl didn’t even give me a cup, I had to ask for it. My tip was way more than the amount of soda my daughter put in her small water cup. We won’t be back. You guys are so unprofessional and so money hungry. Food is overpriced for mediocre food anyways."

The fried fish was extremely overcooked. It had a dark brown, burnt flavor. I will be dining on seafood at a different restaurant next time.

Really good fish and chips! The portions were great and filling. The decor is nice and fitting. Not much more to say. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area. Clean restaurant and the staff was very friendly.

I absolutely loved the tartars at this restaurant! All three varieties were excellent. They were so generous that they even let me substitute the fries for a salad at no extra cost. The fish and chips were reasonably priced and came in a decent portion size. I am excited to come back and try their chowder.

I 'm sorry to report that I 've had better fish and chips at places that didn 't have fish and chips in their name. The fish was some pre-processed rectangles with a disappointing batter that lacked any character. And the fries, while good, are NOT chips. I get that fries are the norm here in the USofA, but serving fries AS chips indicates you 're just not taking this seriously. The tartar sauce was really good though and ultimately, and unfortunately, was the highlight of the meal. Service was good too.
