"Tonight we had the pleasure of dining at the Ann Arbor, Michigan Outback. We had some confusion over the Rewards, but the manager, Yolanda Benjamin, explained everything well, was very gracious and caring. We so appreciated her listening skills and caring. She’s a wonderful representative for Outback. Additionally our waitress, MJ, provided friendly and efficient service. She made us feel very welcomed. I do want to give my compliments to Aaron Heaven, the manager I talked with last week. He, too, was great about problem solving and caring for the customer. Thanks to these three great people. We had very tasty meals and look forward to our next visit."

Waiter was awesome. The food was ok but made us both sick when we got home. The ceiling vents in the restaurant are coated in black mold. I also saw a bar tender mix a customer's drink with their finger. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

I love this location. It’s the best location in my opinion. The bread with the honey butter is the best. The salad is always so good and fresh. My lobster tail was cooked to perfection. The French onion soup is my favorite. Plus $7 cocktails, you can’t beat that.

Patrick R is by far the best server I have ever had the pleasure of serving us at a restaurant. He engaged with everyone and was kind and attentive and very very professional. Most unique experience dining out I've had. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and if possible request Patrick R as the server bc u will have an enjoyable meal. Omg... I can honestly say that the Manager Michael is THE BEST EVER! He was definitely the coolest Manager/Waiter that I've had in years. He took very good care of my Mother and I. And I enjoyed our conversations. This Outback Steakhouse is The Best Ever. Will be back because the staff are Definitely The coolest. And let's not forget the food was absolutely Delicious. I travel a lot for work and I visited the Outback Steakhouse in Annapolis on Tuesday evening. The food was cooked perfectly and I appreciated that my meal was spaced perfectly between the appetizer, salad and dinner. I get bothered when all my food is brought out on top of each other. The bartender, Lisa, was great. It seems most of the patrons knew her and loved her. I will say she was very attentive as my drink was never empty and she was having a lot of fun with the guests. An all-around great experience and next time I'm in town I will be visiting Outback Steakhouse and hopefully Lisa will be working.

"Outstanding Italian food and service in a relaxing atmosphere with soft music. I can 't say enough about how the owner went out of her way to accommodate our party, which had split dining times. I ordered the veal picatta, which was cooked to perfection in a delicate sauce. Wine selection is superb I recommend a wine flight if this is your first visit; a fabulous Italian selection of 4 offerings, including a Chardonnay was my choice. Great vegetarian selections and the Caprese Salad was the freshest I 've ever had. Luna Blu chef is spot on and wait staff are genuinely service oriented. We will be back here and our friends state it 's now their go to when visiting their son at the Academy!"

"We had a wonderful experience in which to celebrate my girlfriend's 75th birthday. Our food was delicious and the temperature was on point! My friends had never had the postickers with the Asian slaw and they were blown away by how good it was. Everything else after was a delicious. Shout out to our waiter, JR, who was fantastic."

"The vibe and the people are great; if the food were on par, this place would be 5-stars. I knew it was diner food going into it, so I wasn’t expecting to have my socks knocked off or anything. When I asked for a recommendation, I was told the Crab Benedict was a solid choice. What I got was a bland and chewy lump of crab meat covered in an equally flavorless and unappealing hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were partially burnt and way over-peppered and had a rather unpleasant aftertaste. Set your expectations low for the food, then go a notch or two lower, and you’ll have a great time at Chick Ruth’s. I wish I could’ve hung out with the staff all day and watch as they engage with the locals and each other."

"My husband and I dined here on August 12, 2022, with some dear friends. We requested a table by the window to enjoy a view of the marina, and that's precisely what we received. The view from inside the restaurant was lovely. Our server, Barry, deserves all the praise—if I could give him 100 stars, I would! He was incredibly personable, always greeted us with a smile, offered great suggestions for food and drinks, and was attentive throughout our entire visit. I also noticed how well he interacted with another couple at the table next to us."
