"I had the pleasure of dining at PAESE Ristorante recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Tony, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His personal touch and attention to detail added a special touch to the evening.The service at PAESE Ristorante was nothing short of excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our meal. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.The food itself was an out of this world. We ordered the Gnocchi, Spaghetti gamberi, Fettuccine Funghi, Cornish hen, and a margarita pizza. The pasta is made in house, fresh, daily. It's evident that the kitchen takes pride in every dish they prepare. From appetizers to desserts, each course was a culinary masterpiece.Overall, our expectations were excepted in every way. Tony's dedication to creating a fantastic dining experience shines through, and the outstanding service and delectable cuisine make it a must-visit restaurant. I booked a lunch in Paese 3 times during the last week. Every time the reservation was cancelled the following day.The excuse was that they don't have enough kitchen staff.It's very disappointing.We liked this restaurant and wanted to support a local business, but apparently the owners don't care about their patrons. Very sad....

I’ve had some very nice date nights with my wife at Paese. It’s been a great experience each time. She’s from the neighbourhood, where we live (10 minutes from Paese) and has told me that for many years it’s been excellent, too. The staff, both service and the chefs, are top notch. I come from midtown St. Clair Ave., and grew up having Italian in Forest Hill Village and Corso Italia. Paese is easily top notch, too. Thanks, Paese!
