"This remains one of our favorite dining spots in Southwest Michigan every fall. During this visit, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner over a long weekend. Breakfast was a delight, featuring their johnnycakes, delicious lattes, and a cozy atmosphere. Just a heads up, they don’t provide high chairs for children, but we managed fine during both meals, and the food definitely made it worth the extra effort. They also have a To Go window where you can grab baked goods and coffee drinks, which we’ll keep in mind for our future visits. We sampled several coffee options in the area, but I can confidently say that their lattes are among our favorites. Since many places were closed for the season, we returned again for a nice dinner with our toddler. We thoroughly enjoyed a mocktail, a Bloody Mary, a seasonal cocktail, the roasted chicken with potatoes, delicata squash, and a tasty cauliflower dish. The meal was perfect for the three of us. I really appreciate how much they incorporate seasonal produce into their menu."

The best breakfast in Saugatuck is served in a beautiful outdoor garden. I chose the eggs with local vegetables and Johnny cakes, which were fantastic. I also appreciated the bottomless cup of coffee. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful, all in a relaxing atmosphere. View menu

Atmosphere is amazing. Walk up window to order delicious coffee baked items. Fabulous outdoor garden to eat while there is my favorite. Small indoor area to eat too. Breakfast was great. My patty melt was the best I’ve ever had. Perfect place to charge electric car too and enjoy outdoor

Food was nothing impressive or amazing and the service was TERRIBLE. Took us 45 minutes from when we places our order to get our coffees. Had to ask a 2nd time for our bar drinks (which were watered-down and warm by the time they got to us because they had been sitting on the bar the whole time). Not a great experience; we won't be back.

Not good for children! Parking is terrible- 20 minute wait to be seated. Going on 40 min wait for food arrival. Not recommended for children. They do not have high chairs. Place feels overrated. If you like your eggs overcooked with a side of frozen sausage, this is for you. Absolute garbage service. The staff is just as miserable as the food. Go anywhere else but here. View menu

It's so good we went back twice! We went for lunch and sat on the beautiful patio. I enjoyed the very fresh Cobb salad both days. I couldn't resist getting again. My husband had the smoked whitefish sandwich because that is a MI thing and he wanted to try it. He love it. He switched it up the second day for a breakfast sandwich that was equally delicious. Can't wait to go back next year.

Very slow kitchen. We ordered 2 salads and 1 hot meal. The salads were made right away and the dressing wilting some of the lettuce, the hot meal was warm at best. Took about an hour between ordering and serving. I think our food sat for a while, maybe they forgot us. The wait staff was friendly but hurried. The prices are steep; it was good, but not worth that price for warm pasta, wilt lettuce, and a very long wait. Not sure we will go back.The driveway and parking are awful.
