"This review is about the Fireside Lounge. We make it a point to visit every time we're in Vegas, but this time it was disappointing. The bartenders seemed more focused on chatting with past and present employees rather than serving the customers. We played slot machines at the bar, but we weren't offered complimentary drinks since we didn't gamble enough. There was no indication of a minimum requirement posted anywhere, nor did the bartenders inform us about this rule. Meanwhile, a former employee was given the leftover from my blended drink and had their drink comped. This place was once one of our favorites, but I'm not so sure anymore."

Love the Peppermill, but I got the tostada omelet, and it was not good. There was a taco-type seasoning mixed in the eggs, and the egg in the omelet was soggy like too much milk was added. The waitress and service were great, and the lounge was warm and comfortable. All meals are an average of $24-$25, but they don't skimp on portions. Although a regular black coffee is $11.

Okay we have been coming to Las Vegas for many years and we always wanted to stop at this restaurant and eat and never did so till today on this return trip to Vegas for new year's! So when you walked into the place and it was very impressive not what you would expect from the outside as far as inside decorations. The food was excellent and the service and atmosphere we're outstanding! The next time you're in Vegas you should stop by the Peppermill!
