"I had a truly disappointing experience at Ristorante Re Degli Amici. The restaurant specializes in con meals and deceptive deals that leave customers feeling cheated. At first glance, the menu seems enticing, but don 't be fooled. Once you 've ordered and it 's time to pay, the amount you owe miraculously increases due to their so called today 's special that was never mentioned before. This blatant trickery is unacceptable, and it 's evident that they 're trying to lure in unsuspecting diners with false promises. Not only did I end up paying way more than what was advertised, but the quality of the food was subpar at best. The taste did not live up to the inflated prices, leaving me feeling utterly ripped off. I strongly advise against visiting Ristorante Re Degli Amici unless you 're looking to be swindled and disappointed. There are far better places to enjoy a meal without the shady tactics and deceitful practices that tarnish the dining experience. Save your money and seek out a more reputable establishment for an enjoyable and honest dining experience."

Questa ristorante è la tappa fissa delle nostre giornate di shopping in centro e non ci delude mai, che sia pizza o primi di pesce o della tradizione romana il livello è sempre alto. Il personale è gentile e professionale, il servizio è rapido. Consigliatissimo.

Il ristorante è spazioso all’interno e si sta distanziati. Non è poco considerato che sei dietro Piazza di Spagna!Peccato che i proprietari, oltre a non chiedere il green pass, stanno senza mascherina! Anche i camerieri servono senza mascherina! ottimo pranzo di Natale con antipasti di formaggio e affettati con verdure grigliate, 4 ottimi primi tipici romani (compreso chrysank e carbonara) e snello snello con patate nel superlativo forno. tutto non fidato da un grande Chianti....che dire di più. il prezzo sotto la media del territorio (si trova a 200 metri dalla piazza spagna) e la simpatia del personale hanno completato questa esperienza.

Rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla precedente esperienza del 2021 abbiamo deciso di ritornare nel 2023 per riprovarla. I prezzi sono rimasti invariati così come la qualità (molto buona), tuttavia le porzioni si sono dimezzate, un piatto di pasta non basta a saziarsi. Infine, ci ha colpito particolarmente l'acqua servita alla modica cifra di 5€, che a quel prezzo pensavamo fosse stata benedetta dal pontefice stesso.
