"Wow! This place really knows how to handle beef! The steak was excellent. As a Texan, I have high standards for beef, and this restaurant exceeded them. The steak was cooked to perfection and brilliantly seasoned. The atmosphere was friendly as well! When a chef can serve a medium-rare steak on a hot plate and it stays perfectly cooked until you're done, that's deserving of some recognition! I typically have to take my steak off the hot plate right away to prevent it from overcooking, but this one stayed just right. Truly fantastic steak!"

I tried the hamburger with coffee seasoning, and the chef was thoughtful enough to serve the seasoning on the side since I'm on a low-salt diet.
