"I really wanted to love this place, but I didn't. While our personal server was very kind and was clearly working her tail off, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the place was very busy, which we expected as it was a Friday at 5:00 but we literally stood at the door next to the bar for 10 minutes before any staff member even approached us. The bartender and another waitress walked by us at least 20 times and literally avoided eye contact with us. There were empty tables that needed to be cleaned up but there was clearly not enough staff to do so. Honestly, we would have been very content to just wait for a table when they were ready to seat us but it's just common courtesy to at least say hello to an arriving customer and let them know that at least their presence has been acknowledged. With COVID, we have experienced first hand the lack of staff and the difficulty in trying to accommodate patrons and we get it, but it only takes two seconds to say hi and we will be with you shortly to make a customer feel at least welcomed.Once our waitress finely did seat us, the overall experience was unremarkable. Let's be clear, she did her VERY best, but all in all, the ambience was mediocre, the food meh, and the sense that outsiders weren't overly welcome was tangible rude comments were made about us by some locals at the bar in such a way that it was purposeful for us to hear. I felt bad for our waitress she clearly was overworked and underpaid. My advice, if you are a local, keep on going. I'm sure the treatment you receive is fabulous. If you are just visiting, there's probably other places that will be more accommodating."

Cutest little tavern! Love the views and outdoor seating options. Lots of good employees who are always making sure you have everything you need.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the small-town restaurant/bar. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. The parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, I had a great experience dining here.

My first time there. Heard lots of good things about this place over the years and it did not disappoint. Fairly crowded at the end of a beautiful Saturday. The duck wings were amazing... highly recommended. Great burgers! We'll be back... View menu

We were searching for a spot for a late lunch near our location, and stumbled upon Rozzi's. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, the staff were friendly, and there were some lovely outdoor seating options. I wish it had a view of the ocean, but that's not a deal-breaker. I would likely return in the future.

I've ate here quite often through 2020-2021. They now have a take out window where you can call ahead or order at the window. They're staff has always been responsive. If they're packed I usually see one server managing the whole room and patio. They usually are rockstar when it comes to service. The food has also been great. I've loved their pork chops, meatloaf, fish tacos, BLT. Can't complain. They've done some really nice remodels lately.

The food is pretty decent. All the workers are nice. However, service sucks. Been going here awhile and it always takes a long time to get seated or served. There have been a few times iv just left while waiting for 30 minutes for someone to see me. They seem to pay attention alot to the regulars who go there on a daily basis. But they are very friendly. Usually pretty busy, and the food is good. Just wish service could be better, or they had a routine on serving tables and Barside. View menu

Second time I ordered for take out and the order is incomplete. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a plain chicken and bun. When I called I was told unless I specifically tell them what I want they will enter it as such. Why have on the menu it comes with coleslaw and pickle with every order got none in my 4 entree's) lettuce, tomatoes, and onion if it does not? I called and was told there is nothing they can do. Word of advice check your order before you leave (if you order take out).

I recently visited this restaurant and absolutely loved it. It was one of the first places I wanted to go back to when I returned to the area. The location was incredible and the service was excellent with friendly staff. The meat leaflet special was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to try their brunch. Before we left, the waiter/bartender asked if my friend and I were veterans. Despite not mentioning it, she must have noticed from our tattoos or demeanor. She mentioned that she was infantry in Vietnam and I served from 1982-2008. She kindly reduced our bill, although I usually don't accept free meals or handouts as a veteran....

"The overall atmosphere is a little odd, it was nicely decorated but otherwise practically silent. However the staff were friendly. The atmosphere wasn’t our issue tho cause the food is the biggest part. The price wasn’t horrible for how much we got, but the quality wasn’t amazing. The lobster roll was the winner of everything, I wouldn’t say it’s the best in the world but compared to the rest of the food it was pretty good and for the price not too too bad. The crab cakes tasted like the stuffing to us and were very soft in texture, with little to no flavor of crab. One was fried lightly and the other was way darker in color. We would not recommend the crab cakes. The coleslaw wasn’t bad but it was quite sweet and had lots of liquid, flavor wise wasn’t bad just very sweet. We also got the shrimp roll, which was the biggest disappointment to us, it was fried shrimp in a roll. When we think of a shrimp roll we think of cooked shrimp in mayo with maybe some herbs in the roll. This was fried shrimp like what you’d get in a captains platter with cocktail sauce. The shrimp just didn’t have much seasoning unfortunately. And lastly we got the clam chowder, it wasn’t bad either however it was a bit over salted and that made it hard to eat without stopping for a drink. Overall I would say our experience was very disappointing and we unfortunately would not go again. I think the only time we would is if we really were craving a lobster roll and don’t want to spend lots of money on one.But otherwise we won’t be back."
