Ruby Tuesday - Menu

This was either my 15th or 16th visit to this location, and I can't help but give them a perfect rating. Their salads are simply the best, and we often end up ordering half of them...

My hickory smoked salmon with 1799. It has absolutely no flavor except for a little bit of sauce on the top my grill zucchini taste like fish so I didn't even eat it. The waitress was impeccable. She was wonderful. But I wouldn't go back there again for the food.

The salad bar had some wilted greens and was missing items that other Ruby Tuesday locations usually offer. However, the waitress was excellent, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I would consider returning in the future. View menu

I dined here for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. Keisha, our server, was wonderful and incredibly friendly. Our orders arrived quickly and were just as we had requested. I never had to ask for a drink refill, which was a nice touch. I would give this place a 10/10 and will definitely come back. Even my fiancée, who isn't usually fond of people, liked our server!

We arrived at the restaurant at 1:00 PM on a Saturday, and it was not very crowded. We received a warm welcome and were promptly seated, as one would hope for. Our server was outstanding, frequently checking on us even as more customers came in. The salad bar was excellent, with fresh and visually appealing options. The only drawback was that our entrees took a while to arrive, which is why I rated the experience a 4 instead of a perfect 5 stars.

It's ok. We needed a quick spot to eat before an afternoon church service. I didn't want typical fast food. The salad bar drew me in. Do not bother with the burger sliders. These were pitiful. They were supposed to be small, but I've microwaved better from a convient store. The hostess never spoke to me. A guy from the kitchen came out and seated me at a table. The waitress was nice, but seemed to be MIA. I'm not much on chain restaurant anyway. Said I wouldn't go back after the last time, but I obviously didn't listen. There is usually not a hostess at the front to seat you. Last time super slow service and they gave me a piece of pork instead of chicken on my sandwich. Waited forever again for them to correct it. Finally just got it to go. Today, really slow service. Ordered at 12 for water, NO lemon, (I always highly emphasize that) and salad bar. By 12:20 finally got water WITH a huge chunk of lemon. Finished salad and at 12:25 finally got some water. Waitress was nice but the service is terrible here. Then of course you have to wait for someone to get your check so you can pay. Another 15minutes. So yes this is my final time.

I was a little skeptic of trying here due to the reviews but I gave it a shot. It was slow about 3:15 p.m. I got seated very fastly my waiter was friendly I ordered the tater tot appetizer which was a little expensive for the little bit of cheese sauce and toppings put on it but they were good I also ordered the fajitas I saw on TV along with the salad bar. The salad bar was stocked and had plenty of items. My fajita plate was very cute it was like a kids meal plate. I also had a strawberry mango tea after finishing some of my meal something made me sick I think it might have been the tea it was really sweet but I will give this place another shot and without a tea. This Ruby Tuesday's location is a hot mess. Last Sunday we went there for lunch. The service was terrible. The server was new and recently started working without a trainer. She was pleasant and was trying her best but clearly still needed more training or assistance. Our issue with the service was the kitchen. It took forever for our food to come out. But we didn't wait anywhere near as long as the two tables that we were sitting next to who were seated way before we even came into the restaurant.
