"I ordered my entree and waited quite a while. I heard another server confusedly looking at tables who eventually said the name of my entree but, before I had a chance to claim it, another guest at a table who were not speaking English, claimed the dish. After about 25 minutes, the manager came to my table and explained that my entree had mistakenly been served to another and that my entree was being prepared again. About 20 minutes later, my entree was served. When I finished, my waiter, who was quite apologetic, offered a complimentary dessert so I asked to see a dessert menu. About 10 minutes later he returned to see if I had made a decision to which I responded, You haven 't given me a dessert menu yet! What should have been a 45 minute lunch lasted nearly 2 hours and if I hadn 't requested my check when I ordered dessert, it would have been worse. This establishment suffers from a serious lack of management and training!"

Tucked away on the third floor of Nordstrom’s at the SCP and it has always been a best secret for shoppers. Very good brunch selections on weekends and an excellently equipped bar in the front. Miguel at the bar is the best. Panos and Katie are great managers. Thank you! View menu

it was surprisingly good! our waiter was wonderful and he didn't have to try hard to talk me into the affenbrot (big choice) together with the other articles we ordered. the cocktails were really tasty and we were happy with the berry lemon crepes and the veg fritatta. it was a good opportunity to fill before shopping.

Kim was a good server. My niece and I ordered the berry salad off the special menu (w/chicken) and it was really fresh and a generous amount. Chicken was a little dry. We also ordered the bruschetta pizza w/cauliflower crust off the special menu. My niece is gluten-sensitive. I was really surprised I could hardly tell the difference. The iced tea was fresh-brewed and really delicious. Creme brûlée for dessert. A win for a birthday lunch!
