"The saltwater grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu was updated with new items while keeping some of their best offerings. I swear the Shanghai Delight is strewn with Prozac because I am always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings in the hope that the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crispy and caramelized, but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I missed the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something substantial, so I was pretty disappointed when a small pot of crackers showed up instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was fine to hear my companions but there was no way I could hear the waiter well."

The food was delicious. The waiter was a little below par in terms of skills. I didn't care how they ran out of bread. It was very loud in the section we were sitting in. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience, just my socks didn't knock my head off.
