"I have been wanting to try this place for awhile since it is local and a small business. When we sat down we were immediately helped, and given chips and salsa. I will say, I was a little scared while eating the chips and salsa bc the salsa was bland and chips were greasy (but warm which was a plus). We then ordered guacamole and margaritas. The margaritas were so yummy, and definitely a bang for your buck! Then the guacamole came out, and I had hope again. The guacamole had so much flavor, it just seemed a little small for the price. Then we got our food, and I was so happy with it. The chimichangas was so flavorful and the perfect proportion. It was one of the better chimichangas I've had in awhile. My bf got the ranchera enchiladas and said they were good but nothing special. Because of the service, margaritas, fantastic prices, and well flavored food we will be back."

Friendly place with a funky saloon feel. They have standard fare and gringo safe items on the main menu but the specials are the real treat. Let them know you want authentico and they'll point you to the great specials and bring out the hot salsa.

Had a great experience. Great service. Food was authentic, fresh, and good portions. Prices are reasonable. We had the carnitas plate with rice and beans, chilaquilles plate with fried eggs on top, loaded asada fries, and chile rellenos. For dessert, you must have the deep fried ice cream!! Delish. Delicious and authentic!. This place has good food! I love the regular menu, but sometimes they have specialties that are from this world jummy! I'll go back and the quality never disappears. They also pour very strong drinks and their Cadillac Margarita is fantastic! They also have the most friendly staff, and many regular it seems. Try it, you'll like it.

Place was super delicious they have the best cadillac margaritas around. It is a big drink, but super delicious. A really good value for margaritas and chips. I had enchiladas that were really good and a good portion size. We got there when they were opening up and there was nobody there! We were the first ones. A really good hole in the wall place. The owner looks to be trying to fix it up a bit. They recently replaced their floor tiles and added some TV 's for the sports and bar crowd. Was not noisy in the afternoon.

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
