"I inquired about desserts early on because I had been very disappointed by our Thanksgiving dinner at a Vermont resort that didn’t serve any pie! Mike quickly offered us a slice of apple pie, which made my day! The burger was cooked to perfection, and we shared some delicious onion strings. The chicken was fried just right and topped with a flavorful gravy over red bliss mashed potatoes, accompanied by a fresh mix of green beans and carrots. And yes, we enjoyed a generous slice of apple pie with two scoops of vanilla ice cream—it was heavenly! As a holiday decorating enthusiast, I was delighted by the festive touches throughout the place. Each table had a small tree, which seemed to catch the attention of nearly every patron, leading to lots of compliments. The seasonal artwork on the walls added to the cheerful atmosphere, brightening the day of even the most tired guests. The ambiance had just the right buzz, making it easy to enjoy a conversation with my dining companion, and I noticed a duo setting up for live music. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! The best burger in town! It's cooked over an open flame, giving it that delicious char. The bleu cheese is authentic, and the onions are perfectly caramelized. Mike is not only a fun person, but he's also an efficient server.

A hidden gem on the south shore, surrounded by a 10 square mile area filled with mediocre restaurants (with a few exceptions). I've lived here for years and just visited for the first time tonight.
