"I find myself dining here more often than I probably should. The long-term staff are excellent and make sandwiches just as you would expect. However, the newer employees, like the ones working today, really struggle. For instance, when I requested my sandwich to be extra toasted, they didn’t toast it at all. There are several little issues like that. I strongly advise against ordering ahead through the app, as you might end up disappointed if the wrong person is on shift. On a positive note, the ingredients are always fresh and meet expectations. This place is under good management, but the training could use some improvement. To ensure you get what you want, I recommend ordering in person."
