"Visited on March 29 2024. Afternoon. Placed our order we had water and it tasted like bleach. Not sure of the plastic cups got rinced well. Plastic absorbs the smell of bleach and should not be used. The waitress was young and apparently didn't like her job. She brought the food to table without plates. I asked for plates and she turned and rolled her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to her. She then went and told the bartender something about us because the bartender turned around and looked at me while she was whispered to the bartender. This made us very uncomfortable. The plates she brought to the table were dirty ! I told her and she got other plates for us and they were also dirty. I told the manager which was the bartender. She said.....well we were very busy today. That is no excuse I told her. Dirty dishes are dirty dishes. No exceptions. I ask for a discount for the hassle with the dirty plates not once, but twice. She said no ! We will not be returning to this shifty bird. Very dirty restaurant and back stabbing staff."

Food was good but service was consistently bad. It was a Wed evening and only half full at most. First we waited 6-7 minutes for them to bus a table and then another 12 minutes for the waitress to first appear at our table. It was more-or-less like that all night. We liked the vibe although not quite as nice in person as the photos made it look. Would have given a 4 if the service was better. Maybe we just got unlucky? BTW the chicken pot pie was good (not great) and chicken fingers were a 4 of 5. Pretty good drink menu on the scrolling screen behind the bar. View menu

food was delicious and service was amazing we went in around 9pm ordered the pickle fries and their pretzel nugget bites and let me tell you they didn’t disappoint, we also ordered the 30 piece bone-in and picked 4 different flavors. The waitress came out with WAY more then we ordered and we did not complain it was the cook he hooked us up because he wanted us to make sure we got the full experience, I’m from Canada and we didn’t have one bad experience i highly recommend this place the parmesan garlic, the maple bacon, caribbean jerk and the dirty ones were what we got also recommend

I am new to Jackson and was looking for something a little different. It looked like a lot of comfort food with alcohol. What could be better, right? Wrong. The Mrs and I stood at the hostess counter for a good 10 minutes before anyone even looked in our direction. We were finally seated and a waitress came over fairly quickly. I ordered a hard cider and the Mrs a lemonade. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks before I got fed up and suggested we leave and find another location.
