"Not worth the time. The owner, an older woman or so she said, was rude and unapologetic, did not have order ready and was awful. I work very hard for a government entity and I just wanted dinner for myself and my mom. She isn't well. This woman accosted me for ordering breakfast online I did not ,I ordered $50 worth of dinners. They had a party going on, and they should've shut down their online orders. Never again. She's a mean horrible person and it's not slander if it's true. I didn't get my meals. No Apologies like it was my fault and I just wanted the money well no sorry I don't I actually work to help other businesses get money and I make a pretty decent living at it I don't need money if I'm spending money to get food from your establishment that's just ridiculous. All I wanted was some food after working my 10 plus hr day. Close this place."

Waitress was unattended and rude.We were dressed in our work clothes so I guess we didn't look like good tippers..that was her mistake.

The food is great, but the service both times we have been here has been pretty bad. Waiting a long time for things. For example, taking 1.5 hours for breakfast is a really long time. If they could step up the service, it would be a good place to go.

shay at the bar took my execution order, and I was very impressed. the personal here is always very friendly! shay is ingenious, thoughtful and superior to the accusations she takes and treats. thanks shay. the fact that you waited for me to arrive before I fill my drink to make sure it wasn't watered, meant a lot! especially because it took a little longer than expected that I came there. We have ordered from this restaurant several times for our company, typically spending between $200 and $275. Given this level of business, I would expect the restaurant to show some gratitude. However, today, when a representative came to pick up our order, we were informed that there was a 20% surcharge for the delivery service. If this is a new policy, it should have been clearly communicated at the time of the order. We've always had delivery fees in the past, but we were never informed about the specific amount. Update: I've visited several times now and found the food to be consistently good. There are certain dishes that I can order repeatedly, and they always taste the same as the last time. It would be nice to see some variety on the menu or for the chef to stay later to prepare the specials they offer. I often work late, so I usually have dinner around 8 PM or later, but the chef is usually done by that time. That said, I truly value having a hot, delicious, and consistent meal after a long 13-hour workday, so my minor complaints are really insignificant. "UPDATE: I never heard back from the manager or anyone at all. Since I have to work whenever I'm available, I wasn't able to physically drive back there that week. But why wasn't there a note left for the manager about what happened to follow up on this when they got in? This place was really great when it first opened. Speaking from experience as an F&B Hospitality Consultant, I know for a fact that the little issues often ripple out, making bigger problems, which in turn often lead to that restaurant not succeeding. I did really enjoy this in the past.Original post: Why isn't there at least an assistant manager on duty who can take care of problems when they arise? I ordered one thing and it was wrong. Twice ?. The second one I didn't notice until I was all the way back home. I ordered online through the Google Maps app, tapped on Lefty's, and then hit the order online button. I followed the prompts, made sure NOT TO ADD ANY ONIONS, then added a side of curly fries, paid online with a credit card, and went to pick it up. The price was different than what I had on my screen, and I didn't think it was mine because of that. It turned out to be mine, though. I left, got a little bit down the road, and found no fries, only mozzarella sticks (they make me sick). I turned around, got my fries after a minute, and went home. Only to find mass amounts of onions mixed into the cheese and meat. I tried to dig them out and gave up. I don't know about you, but once you've dug your fingers all through something like this, it's a nope for me. I'm not into finger food that's cold because you had to dig your fingers through it in order to make it correctly. Now, I have to spend more of my time and resources to drive up there and hopefully get this fixed? That's if I have time. Let us hope that the employee I spoke with leaves a note for the manager. Idk what happened in the past so many months, but it's not what it was when it opened."
