"My friends and I absolutely love the Soup Peddler! My favorite drinks are the Busy Bee and the Peach Yogurt Honey—they never let me down. They're rich, creamy, and consistently good. The grilled cheese is fantastic, and the Turkey and Pepper Jack sandwich is truly unbeatable. Plus, the soups are incredibly comforting when I'm looking for something warm. I'm originally from Dallas, but whenever I'm in town, I make it a point to visit the Soup Peddler at least once. I also adore this particular location; it's a cozy little shack that's truly an Austin gem."

The Voltron smoothie here is one of my all-time favorites. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it!

The customer service was excellent. If you have celiac disease, be sure to check that their gluten-free grill is operational to avoid any risk of cross-contamination. I really enjoy their green detox soup and juices!

I regret not visiting The Soup Peddler during all the years I lived in Austin. Can I ever forgive myself? Let's just say I have a lot of catching up to do! Thank you for offering such a quick, delicious, and healthy option.

On a chilly day, I found myself craving soup and bread. I ordered a large cup of tomato and basil soup and truly savored every sip. The grilled sandwich was delightful—not too many toppings, which made it perfect for dipping into the soup. View menu

I was quite disappointed with my visit this morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly when I placed my order. I had the Afternoon Delight with extra ginger, but it didn’t seem to have any ginger flavor at all. When I brought this up, I received a curt reply, and there was no attempt to make it right.

This is my favorite place to grab a quick and healthy meal. Luckily, there are several locations close to me, so I'm never far from it. Some of their smoothie and juice flavors are a bit unique, but I've liked every one I've sampled. Additionally, their smoothies are more affordable than those at Juiceland, which is a nice perk!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. I had a little mishap when I walked in, and the woman who helped me was exceptionally kind and patient as I fumbled over my words and struggled to decide what to order. I can't recommend this place enough—10/10! If you're in the mood for some comfort food, their Sad Soup (soup for when you're feeling down) is absolutely delicious! View menu

Earlier today, I ordered a cheddar grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of tomato basil soup. The grilled cheese was delicious (it's hard to go wrong with a cheese sandwich, but that's not the main issue). Unfortunately, the soup was a disappointment; it tasted like nothing more than a cup of pizza sauce. I'm not sure what their recipe for the tomato soup is, but it definitely needs some improvement.

This place is amazing! My fiancé and I love to stop by for smoothies after our biking trips. We used to go to Juice Land, but we were really let down by them. So, we decided to try Soup Peddler, and we were blown away by how delicious their smoothies are! I ordered the Honey Bee, which tasted just like a dreamsicle. My fiancé had the peanut butter and banana smoothie and enjoyed it as well. He also tried a grilled cheese sandwich and was really impressed with that too. From now on, this is definitely our go-to spot for smoothies!

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
