"My husband and I went to the restaurant. I ordered a baked Italian sub. My husband ordered chili and a chef salad. My sub was not baked, the bun was toasted then topped with hot lunch meat causing a mushy bun. It had absolutely disgusting cooked salami. It was so salty I only ate half after picking out the salami. My husband’s chili was glorified tomato soup, so thin as the waitress was carrying it, it splashed the soup up the entire rim of the bowl and the soup was no where near full to begin with. My husband’s “chef” salad was a tossed salad with a very small amount of finely chopped ham. No one returned to our table until we were done with the food so my husband ate 1/3 of his meal with no drink as he had his initial cup of coffee with no refill. My Pepsi was fountain pop and cost $3.25. I will sum up our experience to say it was the same as the tiny curtains on the large windows in the dining room…. It fell way too short and did not cover our hunger."

This place is a fantastic stop! The service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. I decided to try the liver and onions, and it was excellent. I just wish it were closer to home. It's definitely worth a visit!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and although I typically don't send food back, I asked my server to remove it from my bill. Unfortunately, I was still charged because they offered to prepare a new dish. I declined since everyone else was nearly finished eating.
