"This place came highly recommended by friends and family. Boy were they wrong... OVER $20 for fries, drink and a double bacon cheeseburger???? This meal was over $130!!!!! Burger was freezer burned and I 'm not sure the bacon was from a pig. Clams were like rubber bands! Although the rubber may have tasted better. Staff was overwhelmed and rude. Lobster roll was watered down and again from frozen. How does a coastal island spot get away with using FROZEN SEAFOOD. No treats to be had here ! Grilled cheese was wet which I 've never seen before and even the hot dog was cold. I then attempted to take my nephews to play in a kid friendly play area... wrong again, they met me with empty and open alcohol containers. Just what i want my 5 and 8 year old nephew bringing me fireball and captain Morgan nip bottles.... Icing on the cake orange needle tops.... Trying to make up for it we went to get them ice cream, it was half MELTED before even hitting the window ! When asked for a refund I was met with a shrug from the wonderful staff. I don 't know who owns this place but they need to get their stuff together. DO NOT EAT HERE. Wouldn 't be surprised if the business was full of mice and roaches. THIS PLACE IS A DUMPSTER FIRE! Drive very very fast the other direction two thumbs way down."

I've passed by this restaurant many times but never stopped in. I finally ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and it was fantastic! I also treated myself to some ice cream afterward. The staff was very friendly, too.

This little place is putting out some serious deliciousness. I think they have the best burger in the entire Blue Hill/Deer Isle area. Handmade patties that are perfectly seasoned and served on a toasted high quality bun. Yum! On the seafood front, we've also enjoyed their fish and shrimp, both fried to perfection. I can also vouch for the onion rings and crinkle fries. They operate as a take away joint but there are plenty of picnic tables out back where you can enjoy your meal on the premises. And you can finish off your meal with ice cream or pie then roll yourself to your car when done. Note: they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during Summer 2021

We've been visiting long-time friends in Deer Isle, and this is their favorite spot for a quick bite to eat. Everything here is fantastic! Their personal favorite is the Turkey BLT, which isn’t always on the menu board, but they are more than happy to prepare it for you. It's absolutely delicious, featuring fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, a generous portion of thinly sliced turkey, and plenty of thick, crispy bacon. They also serve an excellent black and white milkshake; while it may not satisfy chocoholics, it's perfect for vanilla lovers seeking a creamy treat with just a hint of chocolate. During our last visit, my friend had the mushroom-Swiss burger, which he seemed to really enjoy.
