"Appetizer was delicious. My entree was good. My husband’s dish was over cooked and dry (we took the server’s advice to get it medium, but it was well done and tough to chew). Server comped it, but added two dishes to the bill that we didn’t order. The server started out pleasant, but her attitude changed when my husband only ordered water. She still got her 20% tip since it’s automatically added to the check. Is this the norm for post pandemic dining now??"

The apps were great, the service so-so, the steak awful. It was our anniversary and we included it our reservation, but nobody made any mention of it. The ribeye was 1/4 cut steak, which is not a ribeye. We left disappointed/. View menu

The food and service were excellent, each course was great. Had the short rib for the main, it’s presentation was excellent, and it was cooked to perfection as well, very flavorful. Ambiance inside the restaurant is very nice for a fireside cocktail, the view from the few outside tables was very nice. I will definitely be back to Toro.

Amazing food and experience except that the restaurant adds 22% gratuity which I missed and tipped another 20% and our waiter did not mention it. I would have expected the waiter to have informed me of gratuity already being included. Which as we were a party of 2 I did not think to check. Other than the tip issue all else was exceptional.
