"I ordered a French dip sandwich on Thursday around 4:00 or 4:30. Unfortunately, it came with four thick slices of roast beef that were incredibly tough—almost like chewing on shoe leather. It felt more like beef jerky on a bun, and I couldn’t eat it at all. I also ordered cheese fries, but instead of the expected liquid cheese, I was served shredded cheese. They were soggy and quite unappetizing. I'm not sure who was in the kitchen, but they definitely need to be replaced. I would never have served that to a customer; it indicates a lack of care for quality from the restaurant. I won’t be going back and will be sure to share this experience with others."

"Ordered take-out fish and chips. Waiting time was much longer than what I was told on the phone. The working women were not kind at all. The taste of the fish was terrible and extremely dirty the tart sauce and Coleslaw both tasted. The Pommes were the best part they gave a good part and were crispy. Overall, I think there are many places with better service and better tasting food. Definitely not planning to come back here, I see why some other reviews were not very good either."

"We've been here a few times and have had good experiences. However, tonight was considerably disappointing. We ordered a round of drinks, appetizers, and entrees. Appetizers and drinks arrived promptly, but we asked for a margarita on the rocks and were given a frozen one. This alone wouldn't have been egregious, but the entrees were. The food took a very long time to arrive (about 45 minutes). People who were seated at the same time were leaving the restaurant as we got our food. Then the prime-rib we received was very undercooked (medium-rare) so we sent it back. When it came back it was still only medium when we asked for medium-well. Then our plates of fish chips came with perch when we asked for cod. We're not sure why the kitchen staff seemed to struggle so much tonight, but it may be a good idea to avoid coming here when they are busy since that may have been a factor. We would like to note that we were pleased with the wait staff since our waiter did come to apologize for how long our food took. However, we were not pleased with the kitchen tonight."

"This used to be a great pizza place years ago, but now the experience has changed drastically. The staff is rude, the food is often cold, and orders are frequently incomplete. I would rather drive 100 miles to get pizza than come here and waste my time and money. Also, they won't accept card payments over the phone, so be sure to bring your payment method with you."

"Such an amazing little gem of a restaurant. This family-owned enterprise is a hidden delight. The food was fantastic and stood up to a drive home. The take out packaging was great and ensured there was no spillage. I would recommend the sesame chicken and sizzling rice soup. Mild spice had just a hint of kick and was a great starting point. I love that they ask about spice level; that's a first for any of the Chinese places in our area. Looking forward to going back soon!"
