"The service was lacking at best. Sitting outside the servers were not available and I could see they would hover around inside the kitchen area. Getting drink service and ordering food was difficult because the lack of service. Orders were placed and never arrived. Spoke with the manager, Mario and he didn't seem to have an idea of what to do to fix the poor service. I paid with gift cards and Mario never returned with any balance left on a gift card. Very sad because this was one of my favorite locations. Hopefully, management attends the issues and fixes this location."

Reservation first did not work, then we were ignored 15 min until we made notice. Waitress was really nice then but completely confused. Nevertheless Food was excellent, so we decided to try this evening again. We will see:

Party of 4. Only 3 of us got our ordered dinner plates. Staff seemed indifferent to problem. Had to flag down our server. She said there had been a mixup in the kitchen; someone else took the plate. Stopped in for dinner midweek. Service overall was a weak spot, I.e., main course came out before appetizer, topping left off pizza, etc). Food was generally average gnocchi with pesto cream was rather one note, Venetian shrimp was fine, garlic knots very good, pizza was subpar. Good location and maybe better on a different day. Would consider elsewhere before returning.

Food was delicious. Had the Asparagas Pizza, Beet salad. Great service as well (Natalie). Just be aware: if you are not too used to driving in Seattle, finding the parking garage (know that it’s the Whole Foods garage) can be somewhat challenging. But, this is not Tutta’s fault. And know that “Tutta” validates the parking for you! Would I go again? YES! Finding the parking garage of course would be easier after my initial rookie commute.
