"The restaurant boasts an extensive wine and dinner menu, making it challenging to decide which entrees to try. Ultimately, we ordered three dishes, each accompanied by either soup or salad: Sicilian grilled salmon, ziti with roasted chicken, and the pork belly pasta, which was a feature of their limited Pig Fest menu for October. While waiting for our main courses, we sampled the rice and chicken soup, which was light and flavorful. However, the grilled Caesar salad wedge was unappetizing and we chose to leave it untouched for the rest of our meal. Our waiter kindly divided the three entrees into two servings for us, and the portion sizes were generous. The Sicilian grilled salmon was quite tasty, and I especially enjoyed the accompanying couscous. The salmon, however, was a bit on the dry side but still acceptable. The ziti with roasted chicken and the pork belly pasta were less impressive, lacking sufficient flavor. To add to the disappointment, the pork belly pasta contained very few pieces of pork belly; I suspect inflation may have had an impact. Given that the pork belly was meant to be the highlight of the dish, its flavor was unfortunately lost in the tart tomato sauce it was served with. When it came time to settle the bill, our waiter generously treated us to some peanut butter chocolate chip gelato, which was delightful. Thankfully, neither my guest nor I had any allergies! As for my first experience at this popular Worcester restaurant, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. The ambiance, attentive wait staff, and prompt service were the standout aspects of the visit. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed—though this was the extent of the positives. Overall, the food was merely average. This restaurant gives the impression of being an upscale Olive Garden in disguise, minus the warm breadsticks."

They do a very good job on the gluten free pizza crust as well as the antipasto salad. Joshua was a great server. I will be going back.

Enjoyed a great meal here with friends several nights ago. The lobster stuffed shells were very satisfying! The service was impeccable and the wine selection quite good. Can’t miss for sure.

I came to Via to celebrate my birthday last night and our server Alex was amazing! The food and drinks were great as always but Alex went above and beyond for my birthday celebration. Thank you Alex!

I attended my dear friend's wedding reception at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! The ambiance was wonderful, and the bar was well-stocked. The food featured classic Italian dishes with excellent flavors. View menu

I can’t say enough about how great they are at accommodating requests. I’m extremely picky with vegetables but their Caesar salad comes grilled and with a dressing that is truly unique. I’ll absolutely continue to go back to this fine establishment.

The food was excellent. Top notch. Service was kind of slow, but not overly so. This is to be expected in an upscale place. Server was pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was good, but other guests were pretty loud. I am hard of hearing, so I had trouble hearing my partner and the server. I didn't deduct a star for it, as the restaurant isn't responsible for guest volume, but it's something to consider if you're looking for a quiet meal. Regardless, it was an overall great experience.

Went for birthday dinner celebration with 20ppl. This is a very busy restaurant but they handled the 20 top really well. Remembered orders and had the billing 98% correct. Some parts of the food delivery was slow but for the most part, very reasonable timing. Servers were courteous and pleasant throughout. The food was great but I've had better calamari and truffle fries elsewhere. Extended wine list . Nice atmosphere and kitchen was open. Overall a wonderful evening. They observed my peanut Allergy meticulously. They gave a nice cup of sorbet to the birthday person!! View menu

I 've been coming here a few times a year since they reopened after the Spring '20 shutdown and really the quality and service have been top notch for the past year. Today I ordered the porchetta and it was honestly one of the best entrees I 've enjoyed at a restaurant. The apricot glaze and the Tuscan beans with spinach perfectly balance the richness of the pork. Other folks at my table enjoyed the eggplant parm, the chicken piccata and the lobster risotto. I was too full for gelato but the rest of the party seemed to enjoy it. I also find the cocktails here delicious and effective

VIA is a popular spot in the area known for its good food and inviting atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. The seating is comfortable, with suitable lighting and ample space both indoors and outdoors. However, the food was somewhat underwhelming, especially on the night we visited. Since it was our anniversary, we selected some of the more expensive dishes, but neither of us was particularly impressed considering the prices. If you’re in search of truly exceptional Italian cuisine, you might want to check out Russo's. That said, if you're looking for a nice evening out, whether as a couple or in a group, VIA is a solid...
