"After finally being seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers. The drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive, and the appetizers followed soon after, so at first, everything seemed fine. However, once we finished our first round and neatly stacked our empty appetizer plates, the waitress came back. We placed another drink order, but while she refilled our two teas, she never returned with the rest of our drinks. When we asked her about it later, she informed us that the bar was closed, despite our earlier order. We watched as other customers were served at the bar while we were left waiting. When we approached the bartender to get our drinks, she told us we had to wait for our server. Frustrated, we decided to leave and told them to keep the food. The manager came over, and we explained the situation calmly. Instead of addressing our concerns, he attempted to charge us for the entire meal. We firmly told him that this wouldn't happen, and that he could keep the food. He tried to justify the poor service by complaining about being busy. It was clear that he had no intention of making things right; he just wanted us out of the restaurant so he could close up. I would rate this place even lower if I could. We were prepared to spend a good amount of money and leave a generous tip, but now I will make it a point to warn everyone I know to avoid this restaurant entirely. It was a disappointing experience, and I would never recommend it or return myself."

The service was decent. However, we had to wait for our food for about an hour. The food itself was overpriced, small, and the taste was on par with a fast food place. It's my second time coming here, but it's definitely my last as well.Food: 1/5

Bartenders rarely checked up. Glass was empty a couple times and had to ask for a refill. BloodyMary is terrible, zingzang premix &vodka like it was a $3 drink in a nightclub. Foods pretty good, but for the high prices it's average at best.Food: 4/5 View menu

Part of our order was wrong, by the time the correct food was brought out, everyone at our table had finished eating. Our ticket was incorrect, our drink glasses were empty before refills were brought out and our waitress seemed to not really like her job.Food: 2/5

The restaurant was very busy but our waitress (Carlee) was very attentive and kind. All of our orders were correct even though we had some special requests. We also noticed the manager on duty was very hands on. He was monitoring the restaurant while helping his servers, which was so nice to see. Julia is absolutely the best thing ever. Most all of the staff were amazing. The hostess was a bit rude, but everything else about the experience was made even better by Julia. I loved that the manager came by our table to check on us, too, as he did with all the other tables, as well. This place is incredible, and Julia is such an asset to this place!! I've ordered the Surf and Turf hamburger many times, and it usually comes on a tasty bun—it's my go-to dish and has always been great. However, today when I ordered the same burger, it arrived on dry toasted bread. The ingredients didn't fill the bread properly, so a few bites were just onions. The burger itself was smaller, and the onions weren't caramelized; they seemed more sautéed. This latest version is a shadow of the delicious burger I used to enjoy, and I won't be ordering it again. The change to a "melt" just doesn’t work for me.

My husband I took our mothers here for Mother's Day because we knew they had comfortable booths for them to sit in, as well as delicious food to eat. They had never been there and they absolutely loved it! The food never disappoints here. I highly recommend the Tuscan Chicken alligator bites! The icing on the cake was our waitress. She was so sweet friendly. She told us an incredible story about her life. I love to hear other people's stories...you can't order that on the menu. The service here is amazing...we've always had incredible service at Walk-On's. Five stars across the board two thumbs up ??.Keep up the good work y'all!
