"I am very disappointed with the customer service at Fox Chapel (Freeport Road). I was unable to cancel an online order immediately after I realized that my order was refined to its location and not where I was in Washington, PA. The Fox Chapel site has no one who answers the phones because he had short staff (which is understandable but not my fault). The manager at the Washington restaurant, PA was so nice, understood and wrote the Fox Chapel manager for me about the situation. The Fox Chapel Manager, however, refused to refund $20 because he said that they could not reserve the food from the order that I could not cancel because of the lack of accessible communication for the customer."

The prices are just right for the quality, and the food is healthy. The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. I really appreciated how the manager, I believe, went out of his way to help me find my car keys when they were misplaced during my visit.

The soups are pretty good, but make sure to arrive before they close. The online hours and the door state they close at 7:00 PM, but I went in at 6:20 PM and found that all the soups had already been thrown away. The staff seemed eager to leave and weren’t interested in taking my order. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here!
