"Upon arrival, there were quite a few people waiting to be seated. Still, it only took 10 minutes to be seated. My server was prompt and super inviting. His name was David and as he exclaimed, there are three David's at this location so he goes by Da'vidand he's from kenna-bruh (lol) Well, I ordered the sweet chili glazed rotisserie chicken. The description sounds like it's justtoo much going on but I enjoyed it. It came out looking n smelling good. It was also piping hot . My husband had rotisseriesteak. According to him it tasted just as good as it looked. And boy, did it look good! I've added interest to give you guys aview."

"Man, I used to really like this location. However, when we went there, they did almost everything wrong. Firstly, the ac was broken or wasn't working because it was so hot in there. We were starving and didn't feel like attempting to find some placeelse that would prolly be closed on a Sun evening, so we stayed. Big mistake. Secondly, not sure the heat was the reason whyservice was slow/nonexistent, but we had to ask for everything. We guzzled our drinks before we got our chips and queso, but theservers ignored our empty glasses until we asked for our refills. The food also wasn't as good as other locations. My friendcommented that portions looked like half the size of the Severn location, as well as not being as tasty. The only reason Ididn't give them 1 star was because, despite all that, the food was still tastier than next door at Carretta's. And there wasplenty of parking. And bathrooms were clean. However, we will not be back."

"I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on Texas Toast to go, and I was disappointed when I returned home to find what they had given me. Instead of a sandwich, I received a cheese omelet with a side of bacon and toast. It was completely different from how they've served it in the past. The presentation was lazy, and they didn’t even cut it in half or serve it like a proper sandwich, which they've always done before. Additionally, the staff seemed unfriendly and never smiled. I also think I was overcharged; I paid around $7.50, while the online menu lists it for $6.29. Even with a 10 percent sales tax, the total should not have come to $7.50."

I don?t know where the people who left the rave reviews have been eating but the food I had was a one star only because I can?t leave zerostars. Smoked salmon app, Veal Austin and pork chop?..the smoked salmon was the best thing of the night?.other than thetea?.seriously doubt the salmon was made in-house so no credit should be given there. The contents of the app plate weresomewhat confusing but excusable. The veal was a fried veal cutlet?simple?.the crab topping was good but the roasted potatoesunder were embarrassing?salt was needed across the board. The Maple Pork chop was cooked perfectly?.the dish as a whole was afailure?.rice and yams?no?.neither had any redeeming qualities. I did ask for garlic mashed potatoes to replace my dirtyrice?.the wonderful server had to go back to get my potatoes due to the fact the kitchen disregarded my requestinitially?..again, no?.the garlic mashed potatoes were?..hmmm?.let?s just leave it at that. I only mention the $119 totalbecause it just adds to the disappointment?.the price wasn?t the issue?.the disappointment in the food with a $119 check was. All of that being said?..service was AMAZING. The young ladies at the door were warm and very courteous with a smile and promptseating. The dining room staff was equally impressive. I do regret not getting the name of our server?he went above and beyondto make our experience the best he could?.my young child especially?.cherries and lemons made her night?.thank you. I don?twant anyone to think we hated it?.we didn?t?.the items we had were not good at all?.even the bread brought to the table waslackluster. Austins employees were the star of the night for us?.not enough to bring us back. I can excuse mediocre foodbecause the wait staff is on point?.which it was?but even a stellar staff wasn?t enough to save the food of last night."
