"I usually don't complain in restaurants, but this place made the exception list. 1. The wine was advertised on its website menu that you use the QR code on the table to access as 2019 vintage for $64. The physical menu on the table that we noticed after we saw the online menu, said 2019 bottle for $72. When we asked what price was right, the waitress said the cheaper price was wrong and the higher price was correct. It's a bad start. If you are advertising 2 prices, you should honor the cheaper price due to the inability of the restaurant. We ordered the bottle anyway and when it came out, the waitress did not present the bottle that is normally okay, but the vintage was the 2021. The vintage is very important in a wine bar and in dealing with winemakers. The film was also not cut under the bottle ring and glued. Not a big deal, but again when it comes to wine people, after the right process of pouring a $72 bottle is important. Apparently, the waitress was not well trained. 2. We ordered food and the food was terrible, best decent. We ordered a flatbread and the floor was burned black, so burned everything you could taste. You took our bill, so whatever. We ordered a Cesar salad and it was extremely fishy. I understand that anchovies are used in dressage, but the whole salad tasting like fish and salad. That shouldn't happen. 3. When we talked to the manager about our concerns, she dismissed our problems with the price, the vintage and the casting process and said she could not help us. When we mentioned that the price on the website was advertised differently, she said that she would review it and adjust the price. She was mentioned that she was hesitating to help us because the bottles were already so low. I was in the service industry and the approach and hesitation to solve the problem was very disturbing and instead of diffusing the situation that it only annoyed us that they did not want to address their price question, false advertising bottle and untrained personnel problems. OVERALL... we had high expectations as it is a wine bar and has a 4 start rating, but I would not go back and with the amount of wine bars, cocktail bars and fantastic restaurants nearby, I would recommend everyone to check another place. This place missed the brand with food, customer service and product knowledge."

Really cool hip atmosphere. Really good service and delicious food. I loved the wine menu. It was Sunday half price bottle of wine.

First time eating here and although I thought it was kind of pricy for French toast $14 w/no sides)it didn't disappoint. Disclaimer: I am not a brunch person. This is probably the average for brunch but I wouldn't know. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my food, mimosa's and service. I'll be back.

Was in the area for a business trip and was recommended to this place. Do not skip on the fried goat cheese salad, literally incredible! Not only that, but take wine is 1/2 away from the bottle, so run- not go. Customer service was 10/10. Amazing “küll” vibes. The ideal wine spot. Will def. View menu

Can't recommend this device enough. I was there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was even better. If you choose brunch, don't think twice. And make sure you ask Taylor to be your waitress, she is absolutely fabulous and made what a great time, even better.

I had the best experience at Downtown Lunch in Winston-Salem! I tried the French Dip Burger, which was cooked to perfection. The wings were also amazing. The service was great, and the restaurant was clean. Even the food from the alley was spot on. It was the best lunch I've had in a long time. I will definitely be returning!

My favorite downtown restaurant! Small plate specials are always creative with unique sauces. Wine list is extensive and the staff is knowledgeable about the wines. Food is consistently well prepared, which makes going there to eat a sure bet! Staff is professional and friendly and they remember clients' names and drink preferences. Outside patio is the bomb in the summer! So pleased to have this great restaurant in our city! View menu

It wasn't spectacular or anything but for the large group that we had they were accommodating and the food was okay. The wait wasn't that long to be seated either. The food was cooked through and my burger seemed fresh. I would return if I was needed something quick or drinks with friends but definitely not first choice. Oh and for brunch the menu wasn't what I was expecting at all but the waiters made us comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Stopped by for dinner with my gf for light dinner and the food was really good! we shared everything and ordered the spicy crab artichoke dip, shrimp and grits, cucumber tomato burrata salad, and bella flatbread. of those i'd say my favorites were the shrimp and grits spicy crab artichoke dip. least maybe the bella flatbread as it was a little more on the plain side but still good.food was simple yet had complex/complimentary flavors at the same time which we really appreciated. of what we ordered, nothing was too heavy or light. left feeling satisfied and not like we ate something super greasy or overly salty. albeit we did go more towards a vegetarian/pescatarian route but i will say their...
